Top notch car wash! Technology is first rate, easy automated drive through. Set up account online and never stop to make payment. People there are always nice, helpful, and do their work efficiently. I've never had such good service! Get a membership and wash whenever you want.

I asked for the cheap wash because I didn't want under carriage scrub nor was I interested in any wax. An employee told me the cheap wash would not get the salt off of my car and therefore I needed the more expensive wash. I followed the suggestion. After the more expensive wash, my car still wasn't clean. It didn't clean my rear window nor around my side view mirrors which dripped salt filled water down the side of my doors. Would not recommend.
Hi Lisa, I appreciate you taking the time to say this. I’m sorry. If you asked for a basic wash, you should’ve been able to get a basic wash without feeling pushed into something more expensive. And if we did recommend an upgrade because of the salt, then your car should’ve come out clean. That’s on us. What you described with the rear window, mirrors, and salt running down the doors is not how your car should’ve left here and it's certainly not our standard. Both our newer vehicles are always looking new and clean ever since we signed up for unlimited car washes. The owner is quite pleasant and keeps a professional crew happy as well 😊

I have been using these guys for 15+ years. Suddenly they have done away with cash payments, which I need to get change so that I can tip the gentlemen that hand dry my car. Come to find out they are making much less on tips. 😢 They informed the owner and he said too bad. Unhappy customer now.

Decent car wash. the undercarriage clean is a scam though after i got home i looked underneath and it wasnt even touched only the tires and somewhat of the wheel wells

While it effectively removes a significant amount of salt and surface grime, it is important to note that it may not completely eliminate all residue after a single cleaning session. Additionally, due to the positioning of the tires, the upward spray does not reach certain areas, such as deep within the wheel wells. First of all, the new addition of Graphene is very well worth the extra 4 Bucks per month on subscription. I say that without any hesitation. I had been very satisfied with Shining Star's Ceramic package but was a little taken back when I was forced to stop and choose whether or not I wanted to upgrade to the Graphene package. I messaged management and got a response within one day. I decided to give it a try. I have been going to Shining Star Car Wash for over 5 years. I'm a stickler for a nice clean shiny car. The only thing that bothered me over the years were the teeny tiny swirl marks that the cleaning brushes make, particularly on a black/blue finish. I don't have the time or energy to hand wash any more so I adapted to these slight drawbacks. Well, the very first time I went through and included the Graphene, I was amazed! Most of those little marks were nearly invisible. I've gone through twice now since adding it and am even more impressed. This new product addition is definitely worth the small extra charge. Go for it! You won't be disappointed.
