The absolute worst customer service and return on investment. Spend thousands of dollars a year for participation trophies and drama. The worst part is the kids don’t have any fun. Then when the owner is asked for breakdowns of the bill, she ignores you and pretends you don’t matter. All this studio is interested in is money. Not making difference for the dancers. Since posting this I do wish that I could place negative stars. After paying into my daughters dance at this place for over 7 years I was ignored when bills were requested and I was intentionally left out of a "meeting" the owner held with my daughter when she decided she no longer wanted to be in one of her many dance disciplines. I have been excluded from all information related to my daughters dance and when I asked jackrabbit for assistance to have my own account the wonderful customer service people there replied that the studio owner could contact them so that they could come up with a solution. The studio owner refused to assist me, put personal relationships before the business, and sent me an e-mail telling me that I am not a customer and threatened legal action for making my concerns known. Is it common practice to "provide itemized invoices" to non-customers? My reviews are accurate representations of my dealings with this horrible business. All of my requests were legal and reasonable. I simply asked to be allowed access to jackrabbit. This request spun the studio owner into a frenzy of false claims that they provided resolution to the issue and threats of legal action. Hardly a professional and further solidifies my original post.

Our family has been part of the Showcase Dance Studio community since 2009, and it has been an incredible journey of growth, development, and joy for both of our daughters. Starting at the age of five, they attended jazz, tap, and ballet classes, eventually becoming proud members of the production team. The studio has been a cornerstone of their lives and continues to hold a special place in our hearts. As an alumna, my older daughter loves giving back by volunteering at the studio during her college breaks. My younger daughter, now a senior member of the studio, thrives on representing Showcase at events and competitions. Their time at Showcase has not only shaped their skills as dancers but has also profoundly contributed to their self-confidence, coordination, and ability to overcome challenges. Miss Allison and the entire staff have created an environment that is welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive of all students. The classes strike the perfect balance between being challenging and fun, which keeps students motivated and engaged. One of the things I value most about Showcase is its affordability, which has made it possible for both of my daughters to continue pursuing their passion for dance while also balancing other activities they enjoy. Additionally, the friendships they have formed and the sense of community we’ve experienced as a family are priceless. Showcase Dance Studio has truly been the greatest investment in our daughters’ lives. We are incredibly grateful for the staff’s dedication to their students’ success and happiness. I wholeheartedly recommend Showcase to anyone looking for a studio that combines exceptional dance training with a supportive, family-oriented atmosphere.

My daughter has been going to Showcase Dance Studio for 10 years . She absolutely loves it here . The teachers are so caring and supportive. She has made some of her best friends at the studio. I would 100% recommend Showcase Dance Studio!!

Showcase Dance Studio is amazing. My oldest daughter has been going here for about 8 years and my little one just started. The girls look forward to going to dance each week. The friends that they have made, the love they have for the dance teachers is out of this world. The teachers are so patient and take time with each and every dancer. The teachers are by far the the best dance teachers anyone could ask for. My girls and I are so happy we found Showcase Dance Studio.

I’ve been apart of showcase for 14 years but have been dancing with the owner for 15, I couldn’t have asked for a better environment to be in. Dancing with showcase has been the best experience of my life! The teachers are amazingly trained and care a lot for us! I’ve never had a bad teacher! Thanks for showcase I was able to express myself through dance and was able to gain friendships that would last a lifetime! Im forever grateful for the opportunity’s and love I got a showcase!

We are in our 17th consecutive year of having 3 kids dancing with Showcase. My two daughters and a son have loved every bit of their time here. Every one of the staff members go above and beyond for their dancers and families. They are kind and friendly, understanding, and flexible and the dancers look forward to going to class. All of my kids have formed great friendships and strong bonds with their dance teachers. There is a huge variety of different classes to choose from and the scheduling for classes is worked out so dancers can take multiple classes if they choose. Communication is very transparent and open with regular email updates and always responsive to any questions or concerns we have. I couldn't say enough great things about this studio after 17 years. Our community is lucky to have them here.

My daughter has been dancing with Showcase for 7 years now. She started with just Poms and grew now to multiple classes. She calls it her second home and happy place. It’s a place she can be herself, feel safe, gain confidence, and so many life lessons of working collectively as a team. The teachers are amazing! They truly care, are easy to talk to, and really thrive to push the dancers to do their absolute best and then some. I have loved seeing my daughter gain amazing friendships, laughter, growth, and memories over the years with more to come. To us… it’s more than a dance studio… it’s family.
My granddaughter goes to Showcase and she loves it! It was her first year and she had the best time. Miss Heather was her teacher and she was the best so gentle and caring of the little dancers.
