Josh is an absolutely legendary realtor! He is a workman worth his wage in GOLD!!! We were so impressed by his precision troubleshooting at every turn. We had a highly sensitive issue to navigate at the beginning of the process with the tenants of our home right before the sale, and Josh was the perfect gentleman. He approached the delicate situation with extreme tactfulness, discernment, and compassionate empathy. We live out of state and couldn’t be more grateful that he was our “boots on the ground” representative. When we ran into major repair situations or negotiation difficulties, he was always so strategic and helpful! Josh is like a bulldozer to any problem, but he never made us feel like the sale of our home was simply transactional. He truly cared at a deep level about this sale closing favorably for us. We are indescribably thankful!

Martha belmontes was our agent. Being first time homebuyers is a really difficult process can be very overwhelming and stressful. Martha made all that a lot easier to deal with. She was there for us when we had so many questions. She was always willing to show us every single home that we wanted to see before we made a decision.
