These people overcharge and underdeliver. I’m honestly surprised they have such a high rating. I previously brought my vehicle here to have the brake pads and rotors replaced, and they charged me over $500. Less than 5 months later, I started experiencing issues with the exact same side they claimed to have repaired. They offer a warranty, but by the time problems arise, it’s conveniently outside the warranty period. Definitely disappointed with the quality of their work and wouldn’t recommend them.

I’ve had a computer and mechanical issue on my Honda Civic for the last three years, and despite taking it to the dealership multiple times and being told that there is nothing wrong with the car, the issue persisted. The folks here at Shums not only took their time in finding the issue, but explained exactly what was going on with my car. After three years, my car’s dashboard no longer feels like my car is about to blow up with all the error messages. Many thanks to everyone here for taking their time and being helpful, and thanks to Chris for explaining things and being courteous! Happy to have found a new Auto Shop for my car needs!!
All the best, Bastian
