Sidecar Kitchen is absolutely amazing! Delicious food, amazing service, beautiful decor, and on point coordination - they do it all! Working with Adam and Hector for our wedding was the best decision I ever made. Adam is hilarious, talented, and easy going/go with the flow, and he gets things done! He legit became my go to person/best friend during the wedding planning process! Love him! He always knew exactly what I needed and was always a phone call away. He didn’t even break a sweat when we had to change our reception venue 1 week before - he was like “don’t stress, we got this, let’s get you married!”. And he did! And Hector’s food?! Mind-blowing. From Argentinian shrimp ceviche, crab cakes and potato croquettes, to chimichurri steak and the BEST potatoes au gratin, to triple chocolate and key lime desert trifles - everything was delicious. Sidecar Kitchen is truly unmatched. I genuinely cannot imagine having planned our wedding without Sidecar Kitchen — and especially Adam and his incredible team. From full-service wedding planning to catering, day-of coordination, décor, and venue support, they went so far beyond our expectations that it’s hard to put into words. Adam was a true partner throughout the entire process. He helped us navigate and negotiate venue details, guided us through decisions for a particularly complex day, and handled every curveball with calm, confidence, and care. At one point, he even fixed a guest’s broken shoe during the wedding — that’s the level of hands-on support you get. There is truly nothing this man doesn’t do. And the food — wow. Absolutely unforgettable. Memorable, delicious, beautifully executed, and hands-down one of the biggest highlights of the entire night. Our guests are still talking about it. If you are planning a wedding (or any event) and want peace of mind, flawless execution, and a team that genuinely cares about making your day perfect, Sidecar Kitchen is the answer. Amazing! It’s hard to find a caterer that sees your vision, adds valuable insight and ideas, and goes above and beyond to help you execute the perfect catered event. And even if you’re fortunate enough to find that needle in a haystack here in South Florida, it’s hard to find that with exceptional food, quality ingredients, creative menu items, versatility, culinary flare and beautiful presentation. Sidecar kitchen provided all of that, plus… the food was plentiful, the price was much more that extremely fair. They took no shortcuts and I would have paid more in hindsight. Such a value for impeccable food and service. And, on top of all that…the staff was stellar!! Presented well, friendly, courteous to my guests. All talented professionals that helped create the experience. Adam and Chef Hector were outstanding! I will never take any chances with another caterer, and will only give my future business to them, and I highly recommend you do the same. I’ve had enough parties and experiences, and know just enough to confidently say that they are the best around! Thank you Adam and Chef Hector. Sidecar is phenomenal! My wife and I had a beautiful small wedding and the success of it had a lot to do with Adam & Hector. We completely trusted them to make them our day special. The planning process was stress free and they helped us each step of the way. We would HIGHLY recommend Sidecar Kitchen to anyone who is planning a wedding or event in the South Florida area. We are so thankful for the service they provided us and the lifetime of memories we were gifted with.
Event: 85-person Wedding | Accommodated peanut allergy, gluten allergy, vegetarian | reasonably priced Adam and Chef Hector were amazing. The food was outstanding, with many guests claiming it was the best wedding food they have ever had. They accommodated gluten-free, vegetarian, and nut-free diets with ease, including making separate batches of the empanadas, bruschetta, and croutons gluten-free. Service was fantastic. There was never a line at the bar, the plated dinner was served without delay, and the staff was attentive, ensuring that water and wine glasses stayed filled throughout the dinner. Adam also served as our day-of coordinator. He helped us establish a timeline and plan some of the additional details, including decor items he has available to use (picture frames, signage, card box, cake stand, etc). He also has a great network of vendors that we utilized for some of the other details of the day. Day of the wedding, he ensured the wedding party stuck to the timeline and the events of the day went off without a hitch. Finally, their pricing was reasonable, there were no extraneous fees, and they were incredibly easy to work with.
Adam is amazing at what he does…he went above and beyond for our wedding. Everything was perfect, and I cannot recommend enough.
