Alex was very thorough when he did my furnace clean and check. He explained the checks that he performed and also gave me good advice to change the batteries in the thermostat and showed me how to do it.

The inspection of all five furnaces was thorough and detailed, with clear communication regarding the status of each unit and recommendations for future replacement considerations for furnaces that are over 20 years old. The technician also went above and beyond by providing a battery for a non-functioning thermostat. Excellent service, attention to detail, and customer care. Highly recommended!
