Scott at Signature Home Inspection is a fantastic inspector! He found and documented all the known issues of the unit and completed a detailed report the next day. Scott gave us recommendations and things to look out for in the near term. We were able to get a seller concession through the inspection contingency. Signature's Portal also very easy to navigate and informative. Highly recommended.

Great service! Scott was very accommodating, friendly and thorough. I received the reports in a timely manner too. Scott was also happy to take the time to explain what the work entailed and the potential scenarios depending on the result. He returns calls in a timely manner as well. Highly recommended.

Scott was punctual, on time , and was pleasant from beginning to end. He performed mold testing and was methodical and professional throughout his work.
The test results were sent back from the lab in timely fashion as Scott said they would.
Overall a job well done!
I would highly recommend Scott for any inspections that are needed 🤙

Scott was timely and thorough with his inspection, and was extremely knowledgable. He provides a detailed report that is user friendly and very detail oriented, with pictures to prove every claim. We would absolutely recommend him and use him again!
