Ordered the large blind for my business. It had to look just right, and they worked with me on the color and texture of the material, and every aspect to make sure that it was perfect. The man who came out to put it in was super nice and made sure that I knew exactly how to operate everything. Would highley recommend them!

Sykes interiors is outstanding. They helped me choose the correct shade for my very large patio window. The installation was seamless and fast and it's perfect for my needs. Facing the south poses some problems, and The shade was a perfect solution.

I guess their drivers are gate keepers. Just cruising down the road next to another slow driver. Wouldn't get over and let me and few other cars go around him. I'm not trying to speed just trying to go the speed limit. I'm sure he was taking his time to get back to work. Milking the clock. What a great employee!

We had a very disappointing experience with this company. We originally called them to repair our motorized blinds. The technician who arrived appeared to be inexperienced and mentioned that he was still in training. During the visit, he repeatedly changed battery packs but did not fix the issue. Instead, the situation became significantly worse. Three of our blinds is now completely nonfunctional and only one works if someone climbs a ladder to manually press a button at the top, which is extremely inconvenient and unsafe. Another blind was completely broken during the visit, leaving us without any proper coverage. Most concerning is that one of the damaged blinds is located directly in front of our shower, leaving us without privacy in our own home. This has made a basic activity like showering uncomfortable and unacceptable. After we contacted the company to explain the situation, they did not take responsibility or offer to fix the damage. Instead, we were told they could not help and were referred to another company. We expected a professional repair, but instead received poor workmanship, damage to our property, and no accountability. We cannot recommend this company based on our experience.

LOVE Sikes Interiors! We have used them on two of our homes with nothing but excellent quality product and service. I interviewed 2 other companies and Sondi was hands down the most helpful and knowledgable. She has really great ideas for each and every room that takes into consideration things I wouldn't even think about (function, fabric cleaning, sun orientation, kid/adult access, safety, price, style, color, etc). Her entire goal is to meet our needs for our home. She even ended up saving us money recommending we use a different window treatment because it better fit the use of the room than the original one I thought I wanted. With the very little issues we've had, Sikes Interiors is quick to respond and assess/fix the situation. It seems rare these days to have businesses with quality products, workmanship and owners that truly care. Our shades are just beautiful and we are so happy with them and this company. I have recommended Sikes Interiors to numerous people and we are clients for life!
