Edwin is very patient and willing to walk you through the tint specifications. He applied some samples of different tint levels for me to see the differences. Pricing is very fair for Los Angeles. Dropped off the car at 9am, finished around 5pm. When I picked up the car, I noticed the car was washed too. He applied temporary stickers on the window buttons to prevent you from accidentally opening the window since the tint needs a couple days to settle. Overall would highly recommend Edwin and his team at Silver Lake Tint.

There was no weird sales pressure, no games, and no feeling like he was trying to upsell me into something I didn’t need. He simply explained everything clearly, answered my questions honestly, and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. What really impressed me was how transparent Edwin was. He tells you the truth, gives you realistic information, and doesn’t try to exaggerate things just to make a sale. That alone is hard to find nowadays, especially in the automotive world. I asked him a lot of detailed questions and he was patient every time. He never made me feel like I was bothering him or asking too much. His pricing was also unbelievable. I honestly could not believe the deal he gave me compared with other shops I had contacted. For the quality of film, the workmanship, and the level of customer service, I expected to pay much more. I also had this plastic thing stuck on my windshield from a phone holder I had mounted there, and its adhesive glue had melted onto the windshield and was dripping down the glass. It was so hard to remove, so it had been there for a while, but Edwin removed it FREE OF CHARGE. He had no need to, I wasn’t getting my windshield tinted. Excellent service, 10/10. The price was also cheaper than all other options I had seen.
We don’t have enough words to describe the honesty, transparency, and genuine care that go into the way this place is run. Edwin is by far one of the most honest people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with when it comes to having work done on our cars.
