spent a lot of time visiting my parents at Silvermark Memory Care last week, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this memory care community. Because it is a smaller facility, the level of personalized care and attention is truly unmatched. The staff is incredibly compassionate, patient, and kind to everyone living there. The owners are highly hands-on and immediately available to help with anything we need, and the front desk team is always incredibly welcoming and personable. During my visit, it was so reassuring to watch the activity coordinators actively encouraging residents to participate in crafts, games, and short walks outside. As an extra-special touch, they allowed my mother to keep her small dog, Tasha, with her. Tasha has quickly become a beloved favorite among the Residents. I highly recommend this place!

I’m so grateful to have found Silvermark Memory Care. The quality of care is excellent and the team is very loving and nurturing. Mom is so happy there. I can’t imagine her being anywhere else. A big thank you to the owners of Silvermark for coming alongside our family and making this journey a lot easier. October 2026 update. Mom has been at Silvermark Assisted Living and Memory Care 2-1/2 years now and she is still thriving. The quality of care Mom has received has been consistently excellent. The Executive Director truly cares about each resident and actively ensures their needs are met in a kind, loving manner. I appreciate that the owners are so involved in the operations of the facility, so passionate about quality of life for their residents, and regularly take the time to get to know each resident. In my opinion, this is one of the many benefits of being at a family-owned facility versus a corporate-owned property. Thank you Silvermark for caring for, and loving Mom so well. I highly recommend it.

My Mom has been thriving at Silvermark for over a year. She's happy, comfortable and still maintains her independence. She participates in a wide variety of daily activities, including games, music, crafts, movies and pet therapy but also has the option to watch Netflix in her own apartment. The caregivers regularly send me photos and videos of special moments, especially if they know I'm out of town. The owners, Nik and Dee, and the director, Carrie, are on site every day and available. They are active in the care of each resident. There is no cookie cutter plan here; every staff member recognizes and addresses the varying needs of each individual. The activities director, Ace, has a heart for connecting with individuals where they are. I watched some residents (who barely speak) singing karaoke, clapping and swaying while Ace held the microphone. These joyful moments are priceless. Some residents have their own smaller dogs and I bring my large dog for weekly visits. Although the residents may not remember me, they do recognize the big dog. We are blessed to have Silvermark as our family.

Place my Dad here. He came to them with anger issues and they have done wonders with him. He is happy and well cared for. The staff does a great job. Carrie Bell waited after hours the night we place him and has been extremely helpful. I wished they were closer to me but I glady make the drive knowing that my dad is well taken care of.

Moving a loved one into assisted living has many implications for all involved in the decision. The most important issue for us was finding a place that gave us confidence our loved ones would still have a sense of belonging and family. Silvermark makes their residents feel like family. It’s instilled in staff by ownership and reflected in their actions within the facility.

Instead, they are committed to enhancing each resident’s quality of life with dignity, respect, and genuine affection. I also believe this culture of excellence starts at the top. Owners Nik and Dee have created an organization where the promises made to families are truly honored. Their commitment to maintaining high standards is reflected in every member of the team and in the exceptional care their residents receive. Silvermark is a place where families can have peace of mind knowing their loved ones are surrounded by people who truly care. That kind of heartfelt dedication is rare, and it deserves to be recognized.
