Simon's Plumbing

Wow! Everyone should hire Simon based on his integrity and care! My family is a disabled household with no extra money. I called Simon because they didn’t have running water so I could help pay for it to be fixed. Simon went out, checked the situation, and let me know the water had been turned off. I asked him for his payment information so I could pay for the visit and the relief I had knowing my family had water. He said based on the situation my family was in, he wasn’t going to charge for the call. I told him I would be paying him, and he still refused payment because I was helping my family. I am so grateful for Simon and will be calling him in the future. I can’t recommend him enough! 10 stars if I could.

I texted a photo of my clogged sink to Simon early in the morning, and he was out to my house and had the drain snaked and fixed by early afternoon! He was very polite and thorough to make sure water was draining properly and offered to come back free of charge over the next 2 weeks if the drain does not continue to drain correctly. He also had to go onto the roof after trying initially from the inside, but still charged me what he quoted over the phone. I will be calling him for all my future plumbing needs!

Yesterday, I called Simon from Simon’s Plumbing about some replumbing I needed done. I texted him a picture of the situation and explained what I wanted to accomplish. Simon quickly sent back an edited picture showing how he recommended doing the work, provided a quote, and said he might be able to come out that day—or the following day at the latest. Less than two hours later, Simon arrived at my house with all the necessary parts and was ready to go. The finished work looks clean and professional, there are no leaks, and Simon was an absolute pleasure to work with. I realize same-day service may not always be possible, but this experience showed me why Simon already has 600 five-star reviews. It looks like I’m number 601! I can’t say enough good things about Simon and the service he provided. I would highly recommend Simon’s Plumbing.

Great job, always there when you need him.👍

Called several places and they all went through AI in their nonsense. Simon promptly answered his phone, not only did he give a time frame of arrival which no one else did but he also gave an upfront price. All I can say is he was extremely thorough and I Highly recommend him!

They take the time to do it right! Arrived on time and kept me informed through the process. A++!

Simon says... "You're our plumber for life!" In the dead zone of 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM, Simon was the only human to immediately call back - the rest were robot/AI agents that are sounding so authentic nowadays, it's impossible to tell they're not human. Simon deserves 5's across the board: he's knowledgeable, patient, proficient at explaining the problem in layman's language, and is a consummate pro. Thank you! Simon says... you're our plumber for life!
