We recently hired Simple Construction for a major exterior project—siding, roofing, gutters, and an updated set of front porch stairs and railings—and we could not be happier with the results.
From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding:
• Collaborative Planning: Dustin and Heather truly listened to our thoughts and contributed fantastic design ideas to bring the project together.
• Professional & Punctual: The crews always arrived on time and maintained clear communication throughout the process.
• Impeccable Work Ethic: The team members are extremely hard workers who are highly detail-oriented.
• Clean Worksite: They kept the construction area remarkably clean every day.
We are absolutely thrilled with how everything looks and have already received numerous compliments from neighbors. We highly recommend Simple Construction and will absolutely use them again for future projects!

Simple Construction took our ideas and turned them into reality. We had them replace three roofs (we went with standing seam metal), two decks (both were complete rebuilds using Trex, one with some redesign), a new covered SxS-port/patio off our main cabin, and some miscellaneous repairs.
Simple Construction built to our unique specifications, and needs. Of course we also had spur of the moment ideas and change requests; they responded to each of our requests and appeared to easily incorporate the changes. The Simple Construction work crew paid attention to detail, consistently ensuring square and level, and good fit and finish.
Simple Construction has a great communication system, which ensured timely delivery of messages, questions, and responses. They provided accurate schedule expectations, and provided an electronic calendar to which we could always refer, so we always knew who would be on-site, when they would be there, and on what they would be working. The work crew were on site, on time, and worked a full day every workday, until the project was completed.
Simple Construction even provided a way to finance our projects through an association with a finance agency. This was super convenient.
We highly recommend Simple Construction and plan to work with them again in future!

Roof & attic: My 1960s Ranch had attic fans and gable vents. I talked to three companies, and this was the only one that understood the value of proper roof ventilation. I didn’t have it!
I had my roof replaced, added soffit vents, replaced the attic fans with a ridge vent, and had more insulation and baffles installed in my attic. It was a multi-stage project that was clearly communicated, competitively priced, and smoothly delivered. Dustin was patient, helpful, and never salesy. Special shout-out to Heather for excellent comms and to Franklin for checking in at different stages. I’m already saving on my energy bills while enjoying a more evenly cooled, comfortable house.

Thank you so much for the kind words, James! Really pleased that you are already seeing a difference in the comfort and energy efficiency of your home. While a properly designed roof system isn't one of the most "fun" home improvements, it is definitely one that will give you piece of mind and long-term enjoyment of your home. Thank you for trusting us with your project, and please don't hesitate to reach out if we can be a resource in the future!

Had a screen porch built recently by Simple. Amazing experience from start to finish. Gave us every opportunity to be involved in the initial planning stages. Stayed within budget, kept us up to date daily with any schedule or work changes, and delivered an awesome final product. Crews that worked on site were professional, attentive, amazingly clean, and thorough. We highly recommend Simple Construction for porch/deck needs. Our new favorite room of our house!

In January / February 2026 we were very pleased to work with Simple Construction to demo our existing elevated deck and replace it with a beautiful screen room. They also added an amazing looking covered front porch and replaced the roof on the entire house. This work resulted in a seamless upgrade that looks as if the new spaces were part of the original home build, only better. We have worked with several home contractors over the years that produced good results, but never have we experienced the amazing level of service, communication, quality and professionalism that we did with Simple Construction. Major home projects are always a bit stressful, but Dustin, Heather, Franklin and their Simple Construction team made it easy.
The construction team was on site and on time every day until the project was completed. The team worked hard through some very cold, wet and snowy conditions, always professional and respectful of our home. The job site was always clean and safe. They responded quickly to all questions or concerns, and all communications, contracts and warranties were documented on the Simple Construction Portal. This company has customer service down to a science.
We highly recommend Simple Construction to anyone who is looking for a quality company to do their home improvements.

Thank you so much for the kind words, Keith! Especially the recognition of our crew - without their professionalism and experience we would not be able to provide this level of service. One of the best parts of this job is designing a project that looks like it was always a part of the original home. We hope you enjoy your new outdoor living space during the warmer season and for many years to come. Thank you for trusting us with your project.

We recently hired Simple Construction to renovate the exterior of our home...roof, siding, and decks and the results far exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, smooth and simply amazing! The team was punctual, respectful, and incredibly detail-oriented. They communicated clearly throughout the project, kept the site clean, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly.
The quality of the workmanship is outstanding - our home looks brand new, and we've received numerous compliments. What impressed us most was their commitment to doing things the right way rather than the easy way.
We are absolutely thrilled with the final result and would highly recommend Simple Construction to anyone looking for exterior home projects.

Simple construction was the BEST! They had a website with all the communications and schedule listed. It was so easy to communicate with them and they were very on top of any changes or updates to the work. We redid our soffit and gutters with them and would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

After putting off an exterior renovation for years we decided to go with Dustin and his team. Great experience from start to finish. This was a major job on a 100 year old home that had been covered with vinyl siding, ruining the original look of the house. We were very particular on what we wanted as an end result and they exceeded our expectations. Communication from Dustin, Heather and Franklin were great the entire time. Highly recommend.

We really appreciate your feedback, Corey, thank you! The entire team enjoyed seeing the transformation of your home, and your vision certainly paid off. It's amazing to see the home returned to it's original style and charm through a siding and trim replacement. Thank you for placing your trust in us, and if we can ever be a resource for you, please don't hesitate to reach out.
