Customers frequently praise the company's punctuality, thoroughness, and clear communication during services like ant, spider, and gopher treatments. Technicians are often noted for being professional, friendly, and attentive to pet safety while explaining their methods. However, some low-star reviews cite recurring issues with missed appointment dates and ineffective results for specific pests like gophers or wasps, despite the staff's polite demeanor.
