I was very excited to try Simplicity medspa at first. Fortunately, I called and did not email with them, so I avoided the horror stories of Deb refusing to clarify pricing you can read here as well as yelp and healthgrades. Deb did a decent job on my procedure, but there were many unsettling things about this place. The receptionist, a male-to-frmale trans person, seemed to be diverting calls and preventing me from reaching Deb on multiple occasions. The same person lied to Deb about my scheduling in front of me. I showed up for my appointment at the time I was told, and the receptionist claimed I was late. But I know what time I was told, I wrote it down immediately and had a voicemail to confirm. There were several other odd miscommunications with this person.<br><br>There was also no actual door on the treatment room, just a partition that was pulled across the room opening, so the same person sat 20 feet away from us for the whole thing and heard every word I said during my consultation. Keep in mind the treatment room has no privacy. Any other client in the waiting room could have heard us, too. It was eerie to say the least.<br><br>When I reached out with some post-procedure concerns to ask Deb about, the receptionist answered the phone every time, and told me Deb was not available. I asked to leave a message to call me back, and the messages were either not delivered or ignored, because I never heard from Deb again. The receptionist repeatedly tried to pressure me to have the conversation with the receptionist, not Deb, my provider who actually worked on me. When I politely asked for a call back from Deb, 3 different occasions, it was never fulfilled. I don't know if Deb is aware of this happening, or if she was part of it. Because of the odd behavior, the avoidance of post-procedure follow-up, and the lack of doors on the room, I did not return here.<br><br>Today, 8/24/26, they informed the entire client list that the trans person, Mikayla, is essentially taking over the practice, because Deb has been injured. Make of that what you will.

Deb is meticulous with her work I feel it's an art form to have a vision and be able to carry it out with skill. She takes her time and is gentle and comes up with a beautiful plan. My skin has never looked better. I feel more like myself when I look in the mirror and I feel beautiful. I trust her and I know I'm in good hands she stays within my budget and also has monthly specials. Go see Deb and her team you'll be in great hands and you'll love the results. 💗

Very hospitable and after searching other places, very reasonably priced! Waiting to see the impact of the treatments. Over time, I want to add how friendly, warm and how committed they are to their treatments.

Deb is capable and cautious with dermal procedures. I especially appreciate her artistic eye and skill with injections, as well as suggestions when I request them. I've come to trust her completely.
