I’ve had such a great experience at Simply Serene! I see Thom for my treatments, and he is absolutely wonderful. He is knowledgeable, professional, and always takes the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything thoroughly. I never feel rushed or pressured, and I really appreciate that his recommendations are tailored to what will give me the best, most natural-looking results.
I’ve been so happy with every treatment I’ve received and always leave feeling confident and well taken care of. I completely trust Thom and would highly recommend him and Simply Serene to anyone looking for high-quality skincare and aesthetic treatments!
I have been going to Simply Serene for as long as I can remember and I have never had an issue! Cailin is the best there is! She always makes sure to focus on my skin during a facial and to also tailor to what it needs! I always leave there glowing! Definitely check her out and get a facial!!
Thom is simply THE BEST! He’s extremely well-trained, stays up to date on the latest products and techniques, and works with me to customize my treatment plans! He listens to my goals to truly understand - he’s the only person I trust with my Botox! His clinic is extremely clean, the hospitality is on point and appointments are always on time.

5 stars easily! Cailin Scott did my brows and my husbands brows. She did a wonderful job and took her time. The entire experience was wonderful from the beautiful building to the friendly staff. Good prices for an amazing result.
I seriously love Simply Serene and have been going here for years! Everyone is always so nice and welcoming and I’ve genuinely never had a bad experience.
I’ve been seeing both Cailin and Thom for years and absolutely love them. They’re both so good at what they do, super knowledgeable, and I always feel completely comfortable with them. I trust them so much and have always been really happy with my results. They’re also both so easy to talk to and never make anything feel rushed or pushy, which I really appreciate.

I got maintenance lip filler here and Thom did amazing. He took his time and made sure it was to my liking and met my needs. I definitely found my new favorite med spa. I truly can not say enough great things!
