Review from Google · view on GooglePrice paid is $62.31 monthly based on our contract. Tim thorough inspected the: (1) exterior of our house (2) the second floor crawl space where we had a wasp nest from Summer-Fall 2024 behind vinyl siding & in between interior wood & insulation. You treated this 2X then in December I removed nest, killed a few survivors, caulked with silicone the entry point; a quarter size hole in vinyl made by phone or cable tech, caulked inside of interior wood with silicone then replaced insulation. (3) 2 bedrooms, closet in MBR where there’s duct work that enters crawl space. & bathroom on second floor (4) All rooms on first floor (5) basement On exterior of house, he treated areas where brick or vinyl siding meet soffits. After he left, I saw 1 live adult Yellowjacket on inside of window @ second floor landing, which I killed. Although Tim & didn’t see any wasps entering the house or inside the house during his inspection, I’ve killed 11 adult yellowjackets from 11:00pm on 10/11 through 11:00am on 10/14 all on second floor. 3 in crawl space-1 on floor & 2 attracted to lightbulb on wall near entrance 1 on box I removed from crawl space 2 on wall attracted to light of chandelier in hallway 1 on wall next to window @ second floor landing 4 on inside of window (no curtain) @ second floor landing I kept doors to 2 bedrooms & bathroom on second floor & cloth door stops along both doors to crawl space, thus the only way out of crawl space was a vent to the hallway for the central AC & heat. Last one I saw as of 12:50pm on 10/15 was 10/14 @ 11:00 on inside of window @ second floor landing after Tim treated exterior of house.

Review from Google · view on GoogleSimply the Best was great, they fit me in for some basement ants I had. Matthew one of their technicians, was right on time from his eta text. He was super polite and ever put on shoe covers before entering my home. He let us know what he was placing down and also how long before our dogs could go back downstairs. When Matthew was done with inside he asked if we had any other concerns and then proceeded to treat the house perimeter. Great to interact with and awesome service.
