I’ve had my fair share of experiences renting, but renting through Sin City Real Estate has been nothing short of a wonderful experience. Alexis and her team are not only professional, kind, and friendly, but they are also EXCELLENT communicators and incredibly understanding. They have truly been one of the easiest and most pleasant property management teams I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with. I am only moving to decrease my daily commute and be closer to my girls’ dance studio. Otherwise, I wouldn’t want to rent from anyone else! My family & I recently found the perfect home for us, going from an apartment to a house to raise our son in. The home we found had been on the market for less than a week & we were able to secure it within 3 days. Alexis was professional, communicative, efficient, & friendly. We haven’t moved in yet to experience maintenance requests, paying rent, the tenant portal, etc. and how all of those types of things are handled as a tenant directly. But just off first impression, we are pleased & are excited to move in! 🙂

A little over a year ago, Sin City Real Estate and Management LLC took over managing Casa Vista Apartments, which is where I've resided for the last five years. At first, some of the tenants, to include myself, had our reservations about the change in Management. Since that time, I have had a number of conversations and emails with Alexis and her staff.
