Horrible experience! Arrived to court only to find out they didn’t file a response, different lawyers would show up to each hearing with no knowledge of my case, no response was ever filed, staff has a horrible turn around time, charge for incomplete items and to top it off the owner will message you on fb or have her office call to threaten to sue you for bad reviews. Stay away!

I have had the pleasure of SSLO handling two cases for me over the past few years. I feel they've been prompt, straightforward, have adhered to my needs, and have always gone above and beyond to accommodate my requests. I've felt that the office staff and attorneys always seem to put me first. I would always choose them as well as recommend them to my closest friends and family as the level of trust and care is top tier.

I have tried to get a divorce for 24 years . My first attorney dropped the ball and then retired.
I contacted Diane Singleton/Smith attorneys office and asked her for help. It was a Hugh mess because the San Bernardino court office left it an open case for 24 years and didn’t want to grant it because my ex disappeared and didn’t want to be held accountable for our 4 children. But after 1 1/2 years of Diane’s determination, she was able to finally get the marriage dissolved. I’m am so grateful that she was willing to take on my mess and get things straightened out. This is the second time I have used Singleton Smith Law Offices. Both times they have been excellent. They are very professional and return calls and emails promptly. My attorney, Cristian Palafox, along with Jenn, the paralegal, were very knowledgeable and made sure my needs were heard and met. I cannot say enough good things about this firm and highly recommend them.

Singleton Smith law offices have been nothing but professional and even feel like family. Jenn Diederich was my paralegal and will explain everything thoroughly and help you the whole way through your divorce or legal issues. They are very quick to respond to any and all issues or questions you have. I cant say enough good things about the whole entire staff. They truelly care about you as a person and not just a client.
