Site Secure

We are building a Proving Grounds in Tucson, AZ in a remote location. After some research and disscussions we landed on Site Secure. Site Secure has been an absolute pleasure to work with the entire staff is freindly, customer focused, and very professional. They took the time to meet with me at their Tempe faciltiy. Gave me a detailed walk-a-round of their units, and introduced me to their staff. Delivery and any maintenance is always easy. Their level of customer service is top tier for sure. Nate, Nick, Jennifer, Dante, Kimberly, and anyone else I interacted with are world class people. From start to finish, I would not recommend anyone else for Mobile Surveillance Units than Site Secure.

We had a great experience working with Site Secure. We used their monitored security tower for one of our properties, and their service was reliable and professional throughout the time we had it. They had excellent communication throughout the entire process, from setup and customer service to reporting any observed security incidents. They were also very flexible and tailored their services to meet our needs. When we no longer needed the tower, the removal process was very easy. We appreciated the service and would definitely recommend Site Secure to other organizations looking for a security solution.

We had an absolutely excellent experience with Site Secure and would highly recommend them! We needed a mobile surveillance unit for a job in Maricopa where our equipment was going to be left in a pretty remote location. I spoke with three different people throughout the process, and every single person was professional, incredibly responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. They went above and beyond to accommodate us, including working around a difficult delivery location and my schedule even though I gave them very short notice. At one point I accidentally pocket-dialed one of them late at night, and they immediately called me back to make sure everything was okay — that pretty much sums up the level of responsiveness we experienced! They also offered 24/7 or after-hours video surveillance and monitoring, which gave us a lot of peace of mind knowing our equipment was being watched while sitting out in the middle of nowhere. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. We will absolutely use Site Secure again and highly, highly recommend them!

Faith in humanity restored!! Site Secure took such good care of me despite me not even being a customer of theirs. I had my vehicle hit while parked on the road. It was parked next to a construction site with a Site Secure camera set up so I decided to reach out and see if they could help me at all. Within hours I was personally contacted by Nick and he was so helpful. I gave him the address of the camera and my vehicle details and he let me know they would see what they could do. Their team went through over 12 hours of footage and found the moment my vehicle was hit. In less than 48 hours after reaching out they contacted me with a video of the incident occurring. If they do this for a non-customer, I can only imagine that they go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you Nick and Site Secure for helping the community and helping me!

All I can say is "Wow!" In the past month, we have needed the security tapes to be reviewed, and both times were given prompt and courteous service. They had a full weekend to review to find our culprit...and they did it quickly with perfect images. Our mischief was in at 11:00pm where there is no light and the images were as clear as day. 3 Thumbs up!! Thank you again. You are the best!

Just get it. Sounds corny but only complaint is not getting is sooner. Construction site, stopped vagrant damages and thefts. Equipment and software works better than my permanent indoor camera & security system. Get it.
