Glad I found SiteOne. I'd never heard of them until I started searching for hardscape lighting. Miguel was very helpful, polite, and professional. I had some questions about an upcoming project and he offered to do some research and contact me the following day. He called this morning to share the details of some products he found.
Went there today. David did not want to talk to me because his food was getting cold. Another young man took over and got me what I need. David came back while I was checking out and yelled at the man helping me to hurry up because contractors were waiting behind me. I joked, “you don’t need to worry, I spent a lot of money today.” To which he nastily replied, “I am worried.” As the young man was loading the vehicle, he apologize for his manager’s behavior. Yes I’m a tiny woman. I also own a successful business. I have never, ever written a bad review, but I will never go there again.

They closed early and wouldn't help me even though I was there before closing. I won't be back.

Hours on Saturday are 8 to 12. We arrived at 10:30 and they're closed. Their hours are not accurate.
