I had a great experience with Sitter4Paws last month! The app is very easy to use to book appts and allowed me to type in thorough notes from how to enter the apt, where to take my dog on his walks, what to feed him, etc. The sitters were wonderful with my dog, and it was clear they genuinely enjoyed spending time with him. I also really appreciated the prompt and thoughtful summary updates and pics, which gave me peace of mind and made me feel confident that he was in good hands. It was very reassuring knowing he was well cared for and overall happy while I was away. I'm grateful for the care and attention the sitters gave him and would definitely recommend Sitter4 Paws to other pet parents!

The last sitter forgot to reset the locker code for the key to the house. That means the locker holding the key to our house was unlocked for more than 24 hours until we arrive home! This is an unacceptable mistake and a serious safety issue.

We have been using Sitter for Paws for about a year now for our cat sitting needs, and I can’t recommend it more! The sitters always do a great job following our specific instructions, leave the house clean, and taking care of our babies! The administration side is also excellent at communicating and have been very flexible when we have needed to reschedule due to mistakes when booking. I love that everything is online and that we get updates via the app.

The sitters at sitter4Paws are consistently good communicators and careful to follow all instructions. My cats and a dog received good care when I was away. They played with my cats and made sure to check on my shy one under the bed to be sure he was ok.

The folks at Sitter4Paws have taken care of my two cats for several years now while I’m away. They carefully follow all of my instructions to care for them and then follow up with lots of pets and playtime! Then they send pics so that I can see my happy kitties and know they are taken well care of. Their system is easy to use and ensures the security of your home. They also bring in your mail and packages- a nice touch! I don’t know what I’d do without them…I certainly wouldn’t feel as confident as I do leaving town.

I am thoroughly obsessed with my beloved cat, and would not trust his care to just anyone -- but I absolutely trust Sitter4Paws to care for him every time I'm away. Their sitters follow my very specific instructions and provide photos and written reports about everything that occurs during each visit, so when I'm out of town I know I can relax and trust Sitter4Paws to take good care of my cat. I also love their app, where I can read the sitter reports, view the many photos from each visit, and message back and forth with sitters and/or the office employees in case I have any questions. Traveling used to cause me stress about whether my cat was being adequately cared for (up to my incredibly high standards), but now that I've found Sitter4Paws, I know confidently he's receiving the best care from sitters that genuinely enjoy spending time with him and are also highly detailed oriented, so I can relax knowing all is well with my special boy at home!
