Very nice facility and people working there. Mary was incredible with my cat and the grooming was amazing. My cat is so calm when I pick him up so I know he enjoyed his pampering. Definitely returning.
Alfie had such a great morning with Lori. She listened intently to two nervous first time puppy groom parents. Alfie is still learning how to be a good little furball in a new space but you could tell he was happy and optimistic about visiting in the future! Thank you Lori so much!
Size Matters has been trimming our chocolate labs nails for a couple years. Mary is truly amazing with our senior girl. We recently had her groomed and deshedded and she looks amazing!!! We wouldn't want to take her anywhere else.
Size Matters is the best!! Mary is a rockstar and has been grooming my dog, Jager, for years. He loves her! She is thorough and does exactly what you ask. She is dedicated to her business and her clients and it does not go unnoticed. Thank you for all you do Mary!! ❤️
Have been going to Size Matters for over 3.5 years. All of the groomers are so caring and Mary especially treats Remi and my other girls so well! I highly recommend Size Matters to anyone in need of dog or cat grooming. They are very accommodating and flexible.
Entire staff was AMAZING taking care of both of my cavapoos. Super friendly and great grooming sessions for reasonable price. Love they do photos of the dogs. Highly recommend.
Be advised, they are not taking new clients as of July 2026 and have no idea when their wait list will open up. You won't find this out until you've gone through the entire booking process. I'm giving three stars so it is a neutral-ish review, but it's frustrating that their website shows open appointments and doesn't tell you they are only available to their current clients. Wasted my time filling out their contract and paperwork. 🙄 (PS Read their response to the 1-star review - highly unprofessional to threaten a customer.) Update following response: Apparently they aren't aware of the email they sent me? It was received Sunday, despite their being closed, which the responder below appears to not be cognizant of. The response below states that their policy is as of March 2026 when their email clearly says it is as of June 2026. She then "retaliated" (I use the word loosely) against me by declining an appointment their email already told me I'm not eligible for. Wth is going on here? You wouldn't even groom a dog as reactive and aggressive as you're being! 🤣 I'm glad I didn't give these guys a shot because I'm really not liking how they respond to people. I understand they only started business in 2022, so I guess they have some growing pains before they learn how to be professional. 2 stars now.
Girl 😂 we hadn’t even responded to your request yet as we are closed on Monday. Every outgoing message we send states that our books are closed as of March 2026. I would love to reopen them but we have been trying to hire for months, and every other salon in the area is also hiring. Go to Petsmart. Our owner is an unprofessional and highly exhausted B**** who is currently working 60 hours a week to service our existing clients. I’ll go ahead and decline your request
I have two large dogs, one of which does better than the other with grooming. Size Matters does a phenomenal job and I always feel comfortable leaving them, and amazed when I pick the pups up! Also very affordable

Took my cat here for a nail trim, instead of taking him to a quiet area to trim his nails they let him out next to a HUGE dog that tried to target my cat, but refused to do care for my cat because he was hissing. Well duh he’s around a big dog staring him down. Not fair to my cat.
Hi Shannon. We have been doing TicTac’s nails for years, but they have recently been getting spicy for this. If you remember, Mary got bit last time you were in. We did attempt today, but kitty let us know that we would be bit if we continued. There always are, have been, and will be dogs present in the salon. The one dog present today was safely on a table across the room and didn’t even bark. We suggest a veterinarian for future nails trims
