I’ve had Dysport before and know what to expect...but this recent experience was disappointing and frustrating. After my visit, it was clear that the product either wasn’t administered properly or the dosage was insufficient, because I saw little to no effect even days later. I went in for a touch up and still couple weeks later effect wore off. I reached out to the clinic right away, but was told I had to wait for the owner to return from vacation to review a photo. Then, once the owner was back, the injector was suddenly out and no resolution has been offered. It’s been a waiting game with no accountability or follow-through. At the very least, I expected timely communication and a solution whether a touch-up, an explanation, or a refund. Instead, I’ve been left feeling ignored and disappointed. This isn’t how a professional medical aesthetics practice should handle concerns, especially when a client expresses that something feels off. I truly hope this feedback pushes them to take customer care and follow-up more seriously.
