Customers frequently praise Skooters Plumbing for punctual arrivals, clear communication, and thorough explanations of repairs, including water heater installations and drain cleaning. However, several reviews criticize the company for high pricing that exceeds competitor quotes, a lack of itemized invoices, and unexpected fees for estimates or additional parts.

Very good company to work for. I have had them twice for two different issues and were very timely and very knowledgeable in what they do. Very reasonably priced. They came exactly when they said they would be here, at my convenience.
Thank you for the review and your business. We really appreciate it.
Skooter's did an amazing job for me. They spent a long time at my house and never rushed a thing. They worked with me on the price and set up a payment plan I could actually handle. The service was outstanding and everyone was so kind. I am really grateful for how they treated me. Highly recommend.

Suprised by something that hasn't he opened in a long time, something was overlooked and they came back and just made it right! Super grateful and impressed! It was great, I actually got a price range on the project before they came out and visited. They were done in about 30 minutes, much quicker than I expected. Definitely recommend!

Skooter’s Plumbing sent Kolby and Kolby to install our new water heater. What a terrific job they did….efficient, neat, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. It was fun watching them work and great getting to know them. Skooter’s plumbing has two good workers there, and the price was the lowest in all the quotes we received! Sharon
