I’m incredibly grateful to Dr. Postma. Before finding him, I felt like I was dying. I had once been healthy and active, but over time I developed debilitating fatigue, chronic pain, frequent infections, brain fog, inflammation, bloating, and many other unexplained symptoms. Eventually, even getting out of bed became a struggle. Because no one could identify the cause, I began accepting these symptoms as something I simply had to live with. As a healthcare provider myself, I felt especially hopeless. I had moved multiple times to escape mold exposure, yet my health continued to decline—even while living in a “luxury” apartment with no visible mold. Dr. Postma took my concerns seriously and helped uncover mold toxicity as a significant factor in my illness. He looked beyond the surface when I had nearly given up hope and finally helped me understand what might be happening in my body. I’m deeply grateful for his compassion, thoroughness, and guidance. He gave me answers, hope, and a path forward when I desperately needed them.

I had been fighting daily extreme bloating for 3 years or so, and tried a mold detox program thinking mold colonization in my body was the cause. That did not help. Then I tried a program to eradicate Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth using homemade yogurt which did not work either. Then I found Dr. Postma . He wanted to do all sorts of tests which seemed overly comprehensive to me at the time, but I found out that if you don't test you're only guessing and if you're only guessing you're not going to find the answer. The tests proved that I did not have SIBO, but IMO (intestinal methanogen overgrowth ) caused by Archaea . I started on the herbs that Dr, Postma prescribed and after only a few days on the program I had pretty much 85% relief ! It was amazing. Now I'm about six weeks into it and don't have any gas at all so we'll be moving onto the next step of Mold detox. It's a slow process, but if you move too fast you can get really sick. I know I'm on the right path now.This guy knows what he's doing.

Dr. Postma actually changed my life. When it comes to chronic illness, you are constantly met with dead ends and deadbeat doctors. You learn to be careful with who you trust and who you spend your money on. I can confidently say that Dr. Postma is the best money I have ever spent. He, not to be dramatic, has altered the trajectory of my life. By helping me manage multiple autoimmune diseases, I'm healthier than I've ever been in my whole life. He is gentle, kind, understanding, and when other doctors want to prescribe you meds and say, "Sorry for all the side effects and pain you're still having!" Dr. Postma gets to the root cause. I would give him my firstborn child, because without him I would have no firstborn child. Now, if you couldn't tell, I highly recommend him!

I’ve been dealing with a few health issues Dr. P and team have helped me through alot of what I was struggling with. Clean, responsive, and understanding.

Over the past many months, my digestive issues continued increasing to where I was in bed most of the day and in pain. I have had issues since I was young and have limited my foods more and more over time. In the first month, Dr Postma identified the problems and started addressing them and two months later, I’m functioning again! I’m starting to add new foods into my diet that I haven’t eaten in years!! The first appointment was really getting to know me and what I’m dealing with, and Dr. P really listened. I’ve had two appointments since and he has answered each of my many questions. They also have an online messaging system so I can ask my questions when I think of them rather than waiting until they are open the next day. I’m so glad my friend referred me to Dr P!

I’ve been seeing Dr Postma for several months and with every step forward - testing and relevant treatment/supplement/environmental recommendations I’ve had noticeable improvements to my severe eczema/topical steroid withdrawal symptoms. My skin has gone from looking genuinely horrible to about 90% clear and I am optimistic that we will get to a full healing. He recommended testing for mold and we found and remediated a large amount in our bathroom - this seems to have made a significant improvement both for my condition and (unexpectedly) for my husband’s migraines. Highly recommend visiting Dr Postma, he has a methodical test and assess approach that is helping me heal.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Postma and his staff. It seems rare to find a doctor who actually listens and responds in a timely manner! He’s honestly incredible. The level of care, concern and effort is hard to find these days. We are so thankful to have found him. Although our healing journey isn’t over, we have had improvement and I will post another review once this season is behind us. I can say that the doctor treated me wonderfully. I was very nervous because I didn't know English or Spanish, but that didn't stop me from going to my appointment. He was very pleasant. I have been suffering from hormonal problems, prediabetics, high blood pressure, and many other things for years. He was very kind and told me what problems we had to start treating. I thank him for listening to me.
