Scott made our inspection very easy. He responded quickly to questions I had via email. His website allowed me to book an appointment online which was quick and convenient. Thank you, Henry. I appreciate the kind words and the opportunity to inspect your property. I’m glad you found the inspection thorough and professional, and I’d be happy to help with your other properties in the future.
Scott was great! Easy to work with, punctual, and his prices are more than fair. I compared a lot of the others on the list from Denver, and he was the easiest to schedule and the most upfront with pricing. He also offered some advice on a few things that are not required by the city, but they might help us out in the long run, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!
