NO STARS THEY ARE A SCAM they prey on seniors on a fixed limited income, they lie about canceling they lie about hidden fees the bully their way into you signing up now we pay more than we were in the first place which was also a lie from them.

My technician David was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He went though teaching me how to operate the alarm system. He also downloaded the app and showed me how to use it. I am pleased with my installation.
