Very easy to make. I decided to try it in different forms as I think it changes the outcome. The texture was perfect in all the versions. My favorite were the mini muffins while my mom was liking the full size muffings best. The bread was good too but we both prefer to have more of the crusty top. The only reason…

Despite a transition with our initial sales contact, Kathy and Adam stepped in without missing a beat. Their communication was top-notch, keeping us informed every step of the way.
The food was outstanding—tender chicken, flavorful pig roasted and carved right on-site, and delicious sides that had our guests going back for seconds.
Adam and his crew were so helpful, taking care of setup and execution seamlessly. Huge thanks to Kathy, Adam, and the team for making our event such a success. We highly recommend them!

The potato salad and mac & cheese were the perfect finishing touch and clearly made with just as much care as the meats. You can taste the quality in every bite.
Slo-Motion is hands down the only BBQ stop you need. Highly recommend!
We had Slo’Motion onsite at our workplace. Excellent choice.👍

Be prepared to have your socks knocked off! I have tried 4 sauces so far, I have more in my pantry. I have ordered 3 times and I am so pleased with Slo Mo BBQ. Back story, I am from Chicago, was a patron of a local purveyor with an incredible bbq sauce and it went out of business several years ago. I have not been able to find another product that came close. UNTIL I stumbled upon Slo Mo BBQ by accident. Took a chance ordered the Dairyland Inferno and I-94. I was so surprised and gladdened I found such a great product! The Inferno is a tangy, spicy, heat. Not for the faint of heart. Those of you that like a good dose of heat definitely try the Dairyland Inferno. I-94 is a great blend of flavors that meet you in the middle.Your tastebuds will thank you specially if you like small amounts of sweet. Refined and diplomatic undertones. Great for company, parties, everyone will ask about it. Cannot find this taste at the grocery! Georgia Peach yum. Has a nice heat that tickles the back of your throat, yet, I’d like to say herbed appropriately for those that want flavor with natural sweetness. You can put this on anything, I like to cook with it, adds a separate dimension of flavor.
Now.. Dairyland Extreme Inferno!!!! Wow!! Talk about get your sweat on!! Woooh!!! I love it!!! There is no exact explanation I have for you. If you like BURN not so much “hot” as in hot sauce. NO, I mean burn as only those that understand burn from a great BBQ sauce. This is the one for you! Please take a chance on Slo Mo BBQ.. If you are serious about your BBQ sauce and want to find a new partner in it. I say at least try Slo Mo Bbq I’m pleasantly surprised/impressed.

Very easy to make. I decided to try it in different forms as I think it changes the outcome. The texture was perfect in all the versions. My favorite were the mini muffins while my mom was liking the full size muffings best. The bread was good too but we both prefer to have more of the crusty top. The only reason this review is not a 5 is we both agreed it could have used a touch more of sweetness. We would definitely buy this mix.

Thank you for the feedback, Lynn. To clarify for anyone reading this review.
This was a free trial sample of a product still in development, shared for private feedback, not a purchased retail item or a purchased catering experience.
As a small, family-owned, community-focused business, we value open communication and did reach out privately to clarify the trial process and discuss your notes further, but did not receive a response. Your input on sweetness and crust is appreciated and helps guide our recipe development. We also appreciate the recommendation to purchase our cornbread mix.
Our primary business is barbecue catering, and we’re proud to consistently deliver 5-star experiences for our hosts.

Hired Slo Motion's food truck for our wedding and can't say enough good things. First off they were so easy, kind and flexible when we were planning the wedding and changing the menu's and trying to keep our heads on our shoulders throughout, not sure what we wanted or how we wanted it. But all our guests raved about how good both the brisket and chopped chicken were! And they were so kind serving it as we did it cafeteria style where the guests had to go pick it up themselves. And given their offerings and the amount they had to serve, they were very reasonably priced to top it off.
Would give them a 6/5 if I could!!!
