Juan is the reason I’m leaving this five-star review. He is an exceptional technician and exactly the kind of person you hope a company sends to your home. He is always on time, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why. We recently had a stubborn ant problem in our kitchen. Juan came out, treated it, and within 12 hours we went from seeing ants everywhere to not an ant in sight. He even showed up with booties without being asked, which is a small detail but says a lot about how respectful he is of our home. Smart Pest has also been fantastic to work with. They are very communicative about appointments, and I especially appreciate that they always follow up by text after a service to make sure we’re happy. Great service is one thing, but having a technician you know, trust, and are genuinely happy to see show up at your door makes all the difference. Juan is outstanding and a huge asset to Smart Pest.

This is my first time using this company. And so far im very pleased. Raul showed up on time. He is very Courteous, very thorough, and very hardworking. I hope things remain this way and that the pest go away and I will be a long time customer. Jack (the owner I think) went above and beyond at getting someone out to our home quickly. If you are looking for a great pest control service do yourself a favor and give them a try. Update 5/26 There was an issue today , but it was as handled professionally by the company, thanks Olga and Logan 😊 Then Dillon arrived and preformed my service and he was excellent. He listened to my needs and met them. If you are here because you are looking for pest control services, then look no further, smart pest control is IT!!!! Update 9/26 I’m back with another review, and that says a lot about this company (I don’t leave reviews) I will continue to do so because this company truly deserves it. My technician was extremely knowledgeable and placed rat traps perfectly in locations that are out of the way...where my dogs won't get to them!
Our service was great! Robert was very helpful, explaining everything we had questions about, and he really went the extra mile to get the work done. Smart is way better than our previous pest control provider and we are so glad we made the switch!
