My overall experience with Smart Windows was one for the books! As intimidating as any home renovation might be, each person I interacted with from this company was warm and knowledgeable, helping me feel at ease and confident about each step. From the text interactions to set up the initial consultation, all the…
Absolutely loved my experience with Smart Window Company. Everyone was really polite and fast to respond. Rates were great. Andrea was the best! I loved working with them all but she was my favorite. Super recommend them.
Had all the windows replaced in my house. The crew was quick, very clean work and left no mess. Couldn’t be happier and it was all done for a very reasonable price.
Fantastic service all the way. David was thorough in his presentation. Efficient process. Tom and his crew did a wonderful job. Roberto was a joy to work with. And Dominique (follow-up call) was a pleasure. We had a total of 16 windows installed. Love them.
Great service, warranty, and pricing. I shopped around for quite awhile and there was no pressure to choose from Smart Windows. They just stayed in touch until I was ready to move forward. Install went smoothly. Windows and doors look great. The real test will be when El Nino hits later this year. I am confident…
Wow, I love all the people involved with our project. 26 windows replaced in 2 days by 3 wonderful young men who pulled off a miracle with areas I could not see how they could be done. Most of our windows were painted shut with screens not replaced. Brian, Byron and Charlie renewed my faith in professionals who…
We were delighted to find Smart Window Company. We only need 3 windows replaced, but that made no difference. The sales call was not pressured, and all aspects of the company and the installation was covered. Windows arrived earlier than anticipated, and installation occurred within days. We told the installer…
Smart Window Company replaced 10+ windows plus a sliding door for me and their work was efficient and well done. Their whole team is kind and truly just good people. They made the whole process very easy and I’m extremely satisfied our new windows and sliding door!
I first discovered Smart Window Company through a Facebook ad featuring Tony Ahuja saying, “We’ll guide you on how to choose a window even if you don’t buy from us. No sales pressure.” And he truly meant it, there was zero pressure throughout the entire process. Paul walked me through window designs and features,…
From the very first interaction to completing the installation, and making payment, Smart Window Company was professional, flexible, and responsive, and thoroughly pleasant. If I need any windows need, I won't hesitate to go back to Smart Window Company.
This was a great experience. The installers were nice and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently. I appreciated how well they cleaned up afterwards.

What a difference our windows make. Professional company, and fast. Love them
They were fantastic to deal with and the windows they provide are extremely high quality! I highly recommend them for any windows install projects.
Smart Window Company is a first class operation. Everyone I interacted with from Chris in sales to installation manager Tom to co-owner Alan to the head installer Brian was very professional and they always delivered on what they said they would do. The windows and doors look awesome and I can already tell how much…
Windows looks incredible; one of the best decisions we've made upgrading our house!
Professional, local company. The sales and installation are all professional. The installation was under 4 hours for 2 kitchen windows and a patio door. Overall satisfied. Thank you!
Absolutely love our new windows! They had to take out our old 1957 metal and single pane glass window out and put in their beautiful new double pane windows! Our gas bill thanks you! Our home renovations is one step closer, thank you guys soo much!! Biggest advice is to prepare your area for them to work and get it done in one day!
Very professional and prompt. Being a tradesman myself I respect the quality of the craftsmanship and pride they have not only in the manufacturing but the install itself.
I appreciate Andrea's help through the process. Andrea was more than willing to provide any documents/paperwork to present to our HOA to approve updating our windows and sliding door. The installation went smoothly, and the home is noticeably quieter and warmer.
Will definitely use this company gain. Tom, Paul and team are awesome.
Excellent service at ever juncture from ordering to final installation!! I would highly recommend this company after having dealings with other similar companies
Awesome looking windows, and service. Best price, by far! Highly recommend.
Second time I use Smart Window and both times was impressed. From the first meeting online to the second time using them for additional window replacement in my garage. They even repaired my window screen on window they replaced 2yrs ago. Definitely recommend.
i have everything good to say about this company, they're upfront, have good pricing, good windows, wonderfully dedicated and amazing install team, and no hidden fees or random issues that pop up. The only negative is the amount of spam emails, but to me, that's only a tiny downside
This was a painless process and everyone was easy to work with, professional and knowledgeable along the way. The install team did a great job and left my house just as they found it. Would highly recommend!
The entire team was very responsive and professional. This was one of the most easiest major home window installation with no hassle- whatsoever. I also like the fact that they reassured me to call them back, if I had any trouble in the future. It’s a good feeling of being supported. Thank you so much, we love our new windows! Lisa A.
Company was very professional form start of getting a quote to the installation. Installation was done without any mess at the end for me to clean up and installers were very polite. Took to time to understand my desire on how windows were to be installed and ensured I was satisfied at the end.
My phone conversations and one to one meetings were all positive and every question I had was answered promptly and with detail. The day of installation came and the installers were on time...very punctual ..very proficient...and easily installed the new windows and took away all the old ones with screens. they…

We love our new Smart Windows! The company was very efficient and helpful. The new French door they installed along with our two large windows look beautiful. Thank you Smart Windows for your smooth communication and follow through.
The windows are good quality, staff was helpful and professional and installation was on time and met my expectations.
We were looking to install new windows for our children's rooms to help control outdoor sound and help with insulation to keep the heat out during the summers. Windows look great, communication was good and install was quick and clean. If we decide on replacing more windows we'll definitely use Smart Window Co again.
Fantastic experience! The customer service is outstanding and the price point was extremely reasonable. I’ll definitely use them again.
Superb service Excellent service representatives Well manners, courteous installation crew.
They did a great job. I thought what the offered me I received. But what I got was better. They took care of my home with professionalism and quality work. They did their at to ensure I didn’t have to do any repairs after the fact. They were great and I 100% recommend them. It’s only been two weeks but I love the windows so far.
We add new windows and 2 sliding doors installed. We are happy with our windows and doors. They are well insulated, do well reducing outside noise, and are easy to open and close. They were also responsive to our calls and questions and very professional.
Exceptional service. The windows are stunning (I am still getting compliments from neighbors!) and the installation team was efficient, careful and neat, leaving no mess behind. I am a very satisfied customer and will highly recommend Smart Window Company services because they exceeded my expectations in every…
I got quotes from 5 different companies, and I wanted a specific brand. Smart Window Company came up in a related search, and I decided to get a quote since they said they could do it over Zoom. I was impressed by their process and product, especially since it came with all the upgrades without the upcharge. The…
