From beginning to end, our new window installation process was 5 out 5! Andrea was so kind, helpful and informative. She visited our home and taught me so much about windows. I never once felt pressured to make a decision. Later, I met Alan and he was also extremely helpful. He worked with me and ensured I felt…
We recently used Smart Window Company for a complete residential window replacement, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Andrea was such a pleasure to work with! Great service, warranty, and pricing. I shopped around for quite awhile and there was no pressure to choose from Smart Windows. They just stayed in touch until I was ready to move forward. Install went smoothly. Windows and doors look great. The real test will be when El Nino hits later this year. I am confident…
Wow, I love all the people involved with our project. 26 windows replaced in 2 days by 3 wonderful young men who pulled off a miracle with areas I could not see how they could be done. Most of our windows were painted shut with screens not replaced. Brian, Byron and Charlie renewed my faith in professionals who…
We just upgraded all of our windows from single pane aluminum windows to dual pane vinyl and couldn't be happier! From the very first interaction to completing the installation, and making payment, Smart Window Company was professional, flexible, and responsive, and thoroughly pleasant. If I need any windows need, I won't hesitate to go back to Smart Window Company.
A great experience all around! Very professional and fair company to work with from the amazing sales rep to the installers and follow-up and customer service. We noticed a huge difference in our energy saving within the first week! And the windows are solid and work amazingly well. I would recommend this company to friends and neighbors for sure!
My overall experience with Smart Window has been a good one. We live on a busy street and the windows really do drown out the traffic. The install for the bedroom windows was quick and the installers were careful and professional. I also ordered a custom 12’ window for my office, and yes it is 12 feet long and wonderful. I recommend.
This was a great experience. The installers were nice and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently. I appreciated how well they cleaned up afterwards.
Working with Smart Window Company was a great experience. Excellent product, very responsive and fantastic follow up.

This was such a great experience from start to finish! The windows are great quality, the people that I worked with on initial quote, measurements, and installation. This team did an amazing job and very pleasant to work with throughout the process. Thank you!!!
They were fantastic to deal with and the windows they provide are extremely high quality! I highly recommend them for any windows install projects.
While the wait for the windows was long, but they were custom made for me! And once they arrived, I love them. I have changed my mind about vinyl windows. I am going to replace all my old wood windows. Everyone I encounter from Smart Windows from sales and the installers were all great people to work with. Thank you for my beautiful windows.

Windows looks incredible; one of the best decisions we've made upgrading our house!
Professional, local company. The sales and installation are all professional. The installation was under 4 hours for 2 kitchen windows and a patio door. Overall satisfied. Thank you!
We used Smart Window to replace a very leaky and ancient garden window in our kitchen. I found the process of selecting a window, getting measurements done and the installation itself a great process and didn't have any issues from start to finish. The window itself looks great and has been perfect this winter…

i have everything good to say about this company, they're upfront, have good pricing, good windows, wonderfully dedicated and amazing install team, and no hidden fees or random issues that pop up. The only negative is the amount of spam emails, but to me, that's only a tiny downside
This was a painless process and everyone was easy to work with, professional and knowledgeable along the way. The install team did a great job and left my house just as they found it. Would highly recommend!
From Chris the sales representative, to Tom, head of installation, to Peter, manager on site, and all the other crew members that helped to install the windows so quickly, were amazing! We found this company online and decided to give it a shot. We have been dealing with older windows for the past 18 years and live very close to a busy highway and road noise and traffic was unbearable at times. We installed the windows and noticed a drastic noise reduction instantly. The crew worked very quickly…
I replac all 9 windows at my house, the new windows came on exact time and date that I was given. The team removed the old windows, installed the new ones, cleaned and picked up everything within 5 hours, measurement was so accurate, and quality and price were perfect and affordable. Ask for the installer "Tomm" if I remember his name correctly.
Second time I have used this company. Very happy
Superb service Excellent service representatives Well manners, courteous installation crew.
They did a great job. I thought what the offered me I received. But what I got was better. They took care of my home with professionalism and quality work. They did their at to ensure I didn’t have to do any repairs after the fact. They were great and I 100% recommend them. It’s only been two weeks but I love the windows so far.
We add new windows and 2 sliding doors installed. We are happy with our windows and doors. They are well insulated, do well reducing outside noise, and are easy to open and close. They were also responsive to our calls and questions and very professional.

Smart Windows did an excellent job installing new windows on our house. We choose to retrofit our windows. It did take several months for the windows to come in, but that is everywhere now. Once the windows were in, they were quickly installed. The crew was professional, careful and efficient.
The Smart Window Company team did an outstanding job. They were helpful in explaining various options and were very professional throughout the process. I love my new windows and I will recommend Smart Window Company to my family and friends.
The whole process with Smart Windows has simply been wonderful. It doesn't get better than Smart Window! Locally made windows, great customer service, professional, quick installation. Hire them.
Customer service is amazing. The installation was done quickly. The windows look great. It was really important for us that the windows look consistent with other windows on the house that weren’t replaced, and they did a great job on that too.
Excellent service and fast installation, however it took a few months for them to actually recieve the windows (likely due to supply chain issues)
We hadn’t changed our windows out since the 60’s. Was so glad we went with smart windows. Great material, great staff, very responsive even when issues out of their control arose. All in all would use them again.
Professional installation. Very detailed. Very responsive and friendly installers.

I was nervous this company was a scam because of how affordable they are and they were so kind and not pushy, so I thought, what’s the catch? There is no catch. LOVE my windows! They are the highest quality that Home Depot showed me but half the price. The installers were super respectful of my furniture and garden…

Great customer service. Tony and Tom sincerely and without any excuses resolved a few minor issues and I know they'll be there for me in the future. I would definitely use Smart Windows again.
Since I moved into my home over 11 years ago, I knew my windows needed to be replaced. This year I took the plunge. I met with 6 different companies and did extensive online research. Tony and his entire crew including Tom, Byron and Dominique were extremely great to work with. I would use them again should the need arise.
I am so glad I found this company. The demonstration was really informative. The installation and quality is beyond my expectations. The new windows really make a difference living near a freeway and train, can't hear any of that street noise. Thank you again
We purchased windows from Smart Window Company a few months ago. Our experience could not have been better. The sales presentation was succinct and low key, the windows arrived when they said they would, the windows are beautifully made and perform as promised, the expert installers were prompt, tidy and efficient, and the price was fair and competitive.
Great value!
From sales to installation this was a great experience. Our salesman, David, was low pressure and we did it all over Zoom. Didn’t have to go through the in-home sales pitch which I really appreciated. The installation was a breeze as well. Tom and his team were courteous and professional. Tom went above and beyond…

They are local business, were professionally explained details about custom windows and city information, etc. Windows replacement works were done completely everything is just told before purchasing. Excellent jobs! Let’s support local business together to battle over the pandemic trials.
Tony and his team are such a great team and professional. I called them and provided them with approx measurement of my windows and what I am looking and shortly he was able to give me a quote, straight forward. Other companies wasted my times with a two-hour-interview about their company which was very boring.…
Very personal and did everything to find what I wanted and to make it work for me!!! Tony did several different quotes with many options!!! LOVE THEM!!!
They're awesome and go above and beyond to deliver a quality product and customer experience.
