Went there to fix my phone that wasn’t charging. Guy clearly didn’t want to work, 0 customer orientation skills. He said he didn’t have a new battery in stock. Well bro perhaps order a new one?? I’ll pay?? Ridiculous.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you Dillon! While driving on 485 my phone started making a rapid alarm sound. No alert or notification on the dash screen though. I looked at it and it said "UNPLUG USB AT ONCE" die to moisture. I did.. Then it started overheating. Before shutting it down completely I looked up the nearest cell phone repair got off the exit onto Independence Boulevard and came straight to this shop. Amazingly Dylan was so honest he didn't want to charge me. I have him a nice tip anyway as I felt it would be wrong to just walk away. Wonderful experience!

Had an issue with my phone not charging. Was driving by and saw the sign so decided to stop ins. I was greeted immediately by a friendly smile. It took 2 minutes to fix the issue. Really appreciate the quick and friendly service. Would definitely recommend!
