She not only went above and beyond to help me, she did it with genuine joy - You can tell she is a smart and kind person who really means to help. Amazing service and great quality! Candice Saved the Day! I ordered brochures for our Kalamazoo College reunion from Smartpress, and I couldn't be more impressed! First, finding an online printing company willing to print the exact quantity I needed was surprisingly difficult. Most required orders in increments of 25, and since I needed more than 25 but fewer than 50, I was out of luck—or so I thought! Then there was the pricing. Most printing companies appearing at the top of my Google search charged extra for practically everything: folding, heavier paper, color printing—you name it. Then I discovered Smartpress, where all those features were included at a remarkably competitive price! Another pleasant surprise was their online customer portal, which functions much like Dropbox. Proofs, communications, revisions, and approvals were all handled in one convenient place, making the entire process an absolute breeze. But the icing on the printing cake was Candice! I had left a message explaining how critical it was for our brochures to arrive by a specific date. Candice, a wonderful Smartpress associate, not only read my message but took the initiative to call me personally. She realized that, between the shipping option I had originally selected and my own delay in approving the final proof, there was simply no way the brochures would arrive on time. "No worries," she assured me. And she meant it! Without missing a beat, Candice upgraded my FedEx shipping to a faster service at absolutely no extra cost, ensuring that our beautifully printed brochures arrived right on time! We had a great experience with Smartpress! We ordered two retractable banners, and the entire process was easy from start to finish. Getting and approving the proofs was simple, the turnaround time was fast, and the finished banners look fantastic. The print quality is excellent, and each banner came in a nice portable carrying case with a stand that is very easy to set up. We’re extremely happy with how they turned out and would definitely use Smartpress again!

We have used Smartpress multiple times for printing and EDDM. I cannot overstate how much better they are than the other providers we've used. Print quality is amazing but what really stands out is the customer service. Just today, we were picking up a large order and Leon at the dock went out of his way to be helpful in finding the order and helping us get in the vehicle. It's like that with everyone we've dealt with--positive, friendly, and helpful.
The folks at SmartPress are, in a word, amazing. I've used many online printers over the years and this is the first one I've encountered where the customer focus, the "get it done right the first time" and great value all come together. After a number of successful printing jobs, I can say with certainty that their quality assurance and attention to detail is exceptional and utterly consistent. Things arrived when promised, they are packed well, and they look great - which in turns makes our organization look great. Far above the actual print process quality is the high degree of focus on great... no, stellar... customer service. I've had the pleasure of working with Keela for all the jobs I've done so far over the past year and a half or so. She has been utterly on top of all the jobs we've done and her personal level of interest in not only what I'm asking to be printed but what it's going to be used for is - bar none - the best I've ever seen. She has made some great recommendations on paper stock, design elements, etc. - all of which make our organization shine to the public that sees our printed items. Finally, because people will want to know, I think their pricing is excellent as well. Fair pricing, exceptional print quality and literally the best people in the online printing business all make for a really great partnership.
