These guys made every single thing simple, and things look and sound much better in my living room, theater room and on my patio. There were highly recommended on Google and Ai, and both were spot on. My wife is also happy that we only have one remote now, and she can easily access her shows and music.

SmartVolt AV is exceptional! From start to finish, my experience with them was fantastic. The initial conversation with Seth was timely after my online inquiry. He was quickly able to schedule services and obtain the necessary equipment. Eric and Jon arrived on time, and were very curtious and efficient (they earned major bonus points by laying out drop cloths as soon as they got in the living room!). They were able to mount my 75” OLED over the fireplace within the confinement of tile cutout without needing any major modifications. And all within 1.5 hrs. I am definitely a customer for life after this awesome experience with SmartVolt AV!

SmartVolt AV, Seth, didn’t finish the job! He abandoned us! He talked a good talk, at first he is very communicative, and appears very knowledgeable. But, he totally left us hanging with cameras that didn’t record. He didn’t do what we contracted him to do. We paid over $67,000 but he did not give us all the parts. He just stopped coming and did not return any texts, phone calls or letters. It’s been over two months since he stopped work. Most importantly, our personal safety and the security of our home is in jeopardy by the work he did and did not do. We’re now paying others to bring the system to working order. We are shocked!
Seth and his crew helped transform a spare bedroom into an amazing home theater. Smartvolt folks were very communicative and answered any questions and concerns I had.
Seth and Jon were so amazingly helpful. They fit me in last minute for tv installation, security system installation and safe installation. They were quick, professional, and friendly. I recommend them to anyone who has tv and home security needs!

Great job from the team. Made quick work of mounting my TV above my fireplace into the brick. I'd recommend them to anyone for this work. Will look into future services if I have additional requests!
They came and installed a new stereo system almost a year ago. We were not able to get the center channel speaker at the time. I made the mistake of paying in full. I have been waiting for a year for the speaker. For the first six months or so Seth would return my calls for status checks. Now I'm not getting any response to multiple calls and emails. I am out $1,200 with no sign of the speaker. I wouldn't use Seth again.
