Once again, very pleased with the work from SMD. My freezer was making really loud noises for more than 24 hours. I contacted SMD and they came out to diagnose the issue within hours. Dan was very helpful at quickly diagnosing the problem and fixing the issue , also explaining to me what was wrong and what I would need to do if the issue persisted. And even though he wasn’t there to work on my dishwasher, he gave me some tips and pointers to make sure it continued running smoothly in the future. I appreciate their honesty and attention to detail. Thank you Dan! It’s so nice to not have my freezer yelling at me for hours on end! Lol.
Dan from SMD Brothers Appliance Repair & Services was excellent! I had my Maytag Dryer maintenance done and he did great work. I appreciate him scheduling it so quickly. I won’t hesitate to refer him to my family and friends if they need the service! Give them a try to support our local technicians!
Dan was amazing! I never write reviews but I had to for this company. Dan came out same day to fix my oven. Price was reasonable. He even tried to fix my door handle for me that was broke. Very nice guy!!
Dan was able to come out the same day we called him and was able to diagnose the issue and had the necessary part to fix it. Will definitely use him again in future if the need arises
Was great! On time and let us know what was wrong with our washing machine. Unfortunately, the seal failed and we would need a new motor. More economical to simply replace the whole unit.
Dan answered my call when I called. Which most places make you a VM, but never call back. He came my house fixed my washing machine, he did his job and did it in a timely manner. I highly recommend him. Thanks Dan, my wife also said thank you.
