Customers frequently praise the company for competitive pricing, punctuality, and thorough preparation work on exterior and interior painting projects. Recurring themes highlight professional communication, attention to detail, and the crew's willingness to handle unexpected repairs or furniture moving. However, low-star reviews cite a pattern of poor follow-through, including unfinished jobs, unreturned calls, and issues with warranty claims or deposit refunds.

What started as a complete home painting with a few repairs, turned into six wall sections needing complete siding and plywood removal and replacement. A lot of unforseen dry rot from poor construction. Perfecto did an amazing job, with superior craftsmanship, to improve the watertight integrity of our home. The painters did an outstanding job of applying a thick coat of perfectly applied, high quality paint to our exact specifications. We could not be more pleased with the entire team. Arturo responded quickly to all texts and kept us informed at every step of the process. I'd give Smile-A-Mile painting ten stars if I could!
They did a very nice job on the exterior of our house, shop, lean-to and shed. We appreciated the attention to detail, courteous employees and how cleanly they painted with no drips or splatter.
Huge thanks to Arturo and his team for completely transforming our house! They were professional, diligent, and took so much pride in every little detail. The outside of our home hasn't looked this good in years—it feels like a brand-new house. We’re thrilled with the results and will definitely recommend them to everyone we know!
