⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I always have such a great experience at Smile Design! I recently chipped my tooth, and from the moment I called to schedule my appointment, everyone was so kind and helpful. I really have to give a shoutout to Brytani, Hooman, and Dr. Imeni because they made the entire experience so much better than I expected! First, Brytani at the front desk was amazing! She helped get me scheduled to come in pretty quickly after I chipped my tooth and was so sweet and accommodating throughout the process. She has such a welcoming personality, and I really appreciated how easy she made everything. It’s always nice when the first person you interact with makes you feel like you’re in good hands! Hooman, the dental assistant, was just as wonderful! He was friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable during my visit. He has a great personality and I really appreciated how personable he was. Sometimes it’s the little things that make an experience memorable, and he definitely made a difference! And of course, Dr. Imeni is fantastic! He examined my chipped tooth, explained my options, and let me know the best solution. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and easy to talk to. I never feel rushed there, and I appreciated how comfortable he made me feel about the next steps. What I love most is how genuinely nice everyone there is. Kiara, another dental assistant, even came over to say hi to me, which is not unusual when I visit the office! Nothing is forced, and the entire team makes what could be a stressful dental visit feel like a breeze. Brytani, Hooman, Kiara and Dr. Imeni, thank you all so much! You guys are great, and I wanted to make sure each of you got the recognition you deserve! I absolutely love this team and would recommend them without hesitation! ❤️
