10/10 service. This guy is really for the people and I really appreciate his services. He fixed my phone and told me the truth on it and that it isn’t worth paying $300+ for a part when I could use my insurance. I appreciate the honesty while other phone repair companies tried to what felt like force me to pay a large sum. I highly recommend Sal.

About 3 months ago, I stopped by Sal’s office looking for advice on freeing up more RAM on my laptop so I could run new software for an upcoming job. Sal was more than happy to take a look. He quickly identified what was unnecessarily using up memory and gave me practical, easy-to-follow tips to get my laptop running more efficiently.
Recently, I returned with an issue on my cell phone. Without hesitation, Sal troubleshot the problem and resolved it on the spot. His exceptional understanding of technology really shows, and he has a great way of explaining things in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
Sal is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. His door always seems to be open, and he goes above and beyond to make sure you leave with your tech issues solved. I highly recommend visiting Smili Phone Repair for any tech device repairs/advice. You won’t be disappointed!
