As a wedding professional who has been in the industry for 20+ years, I’ve seen it all. I was throughly impressed with this venue. Especially with the manager, Tammy. She knows her stuff, makes everyone feel welcome, and keeps the event flowing perfectly. Pleasure working with her and the team at Smith Barn!
Smith barn is an absolutely beautiful place to have a wedding! The ceremony site in the garden is beautiful and then the venue across the walkway is absolutely stunning with how they have the light decorating it that you don’t need to decorated it anymore. Tammy, what can I tell you bout Tammy is that she is a ROCKSTAR, hosting weddings is her calling for sure!! She had everything in order and helped set up anything you brought to set up she made sure you didn’t have to worry about it and if a small little mishap happened she took care of it as if nothing even happened. She was there when needed and she made sure to always check on the bride and groom to see how they were doing and if needed anything! She is great to commute with and she will answer any questions you have and help with any concerns you have anyway she can. She really made sure that you didn’t have to worry about a thing so that you could celebrate with your family friends!!! Would deff highly recommend having a wedding at Smith Barn with Tammy!! We got married at Smith Barn on September 11, 2026 and had an AMAZING experience. Tammy was so helpful throughout the whole process, checking in and helping us remember dates. I texted her a handful of times and I always got quick, helpful responses. She called me about a month and a half out to discuss the timeline and vendors and then also called me 1 week before to finalize everything. I went into this wedding stress free because I knew everything was taken care of. The barn itself and garden ceremony space was a DREAM. Having everything in one area made everything so easy, but kept our guests entertained. The barn comfortable fit all of our guest, and we danced the night away. I wish I could do it all over again. We are so thankful we chose Smith Barn!

My husband Jason and I had our wedding at the Smith Barn the end of August. I have nothing but good things to say about the venue and the process leading up to wedding day. Tammy was spectacular! She was always easy to get in touch with, and made the whole process so easy. Wedding planning is stressful, but Tammy walked us through everything. We couldn't be more grateful for the guidance she provided. The Smith Barn was the perfect spot! It was warm and inviting. Everything was clean and organized. We continue to get compliments from guests about this venue. We couldn't ask for a more beautiful location to celebrate our wedding!
There cannot be enough praise for the Smith Barn as a wedding venue! In particular, Tammy is amazing and is there to guide you through it all. She answers texts literally in a matter of seconds and she goes above and beyond to make sure that your day runs smoothly. Bianco catering is also a joy to work with and Vinny, Beth and the on-site staff were amazing and the food got rave reviews. Their attention to special dietary needs of guests was also top notch. This whole crew made our day extra special! ❤️
Tammy made our wedding experience one like no other. Exceptional care and kindness goes a long way for such a special day and she delivered that and more. I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars. We had our son’s wedding and reception at Smith Barn on 7/28 and everything was perfect. Tammy the venue manager was so helpful before the wedding during and after. Any thing we needed she provided with a smile on her face. Beth the catering manager was also great. Food, set up and service was exceptional! All the staff were wonderful! Highly recommend! We had the most wonderful day at the Smith Barn for our wedding. From the start Tammy was so helpful showing us the venue, and checking in by phone a couple times before the big day to make sure everything was clear and I had no questions. Tammy could easily be reached by text and would answer promptly when I did have questions. Day of was perfect, Tammy and the Vinwood catering crew made sure me, my husband and our families were taken care of. I would recommend both Tammy and the Smith Barn for anyone looking to get married in the New England area. :)
Smith barn is the perfect place to have a wedding! As parents of the groom, we could not have imagined how well taken care of our son and "daughter " were in the hands of Tammy. She is truly amazing! From the moment we arrived, until the very end, Tammy always checked in to make sure everyone was happy. Great staff! Great venue! Great time! Thank you Tammy and staff!
