I had to get my catalytic converter replaced and Smiths was reasonably priced and got the work done as quickly as they could. Amber was communicative and straightforward. Good experience.

Smith's Tire 2
Smith's Tire 2 at a glance
Customers frequently cite fast service, reasonable pricing, and helpful staff when discussing tire patches, wheel repairs, and engine issues. Many reviewers highlight the shop's willingness to assist stranded travelers with immediate fixes, even near closing time. However, a recurring criticism suggests the business is limited to basic maintenance like oil changes, implying a lack of broader repair capabilities.

Our car absolutely DIED two miles outside of Berea, KY. The staff at Smith's Tire 2 were actual ANGELS. They helped us find a Lyft driver, a Rental Car, a Kia Dealership, and an engine replacement. I thought I was going to fall apart, we were so far from home and so far from our daughter (who we were trying to visit). If you are ANYWHERE near Berea and need work done on your car, you can't find a kinder, more honest auto shop. If I could give them a thousand stars, I would.

I broke down on the way home from a roadtrip with several hours left to go. The team here was absolutely fantastic and immediately went to work despite it being close to closing. I was worried that I’d have to stay overnight to get it fixed but their team handled it in no time at all! Even threw in an emotional support ice cream sandwich !! These guys are rockstars so check them out if you’re in the area!!
