Awesome family-owned and run company. The owner, Gideon answered my phone call and patiently walked me through the coop I was interested in. He was so friendly and helpful. I didn’t need to make the hour-long drive because I felt extremely comfortable purchasing with them site-unseen (except pics on their website). A week later, Caleb, Gideon’s son, delivered and placed the coop for us. He was equally as friendly and patient. The coop is great looking and the quality of the build is apparent. They have earned our business for any other out-buildings we may need in the future and my neighbors have already asked for their info. Why buy a poorly-made coop (or other structure) from a big-box company when you can purchase local and have a great product?

Clint was awesome - so friendly and flexible with us. We made some slight modifications to this playset and he was very patient as we figured out what we wanted. He also helped us to order in time to get the set installed in time for our son’s birthday. Our son is having a blast with his new “big slides” and we know this will bring our family so much joy for years to come. BEFORE YOU SELECT A SHED Visit the dirt lot shed sites, big box shed stores, custom builders and online shed dealers. Study the details. Check for radient barrier siding. Check the floor for material type, bowing, gaps, and creaks. Check the number of skids compared to building size. Check for leaks and water stains. Check the shutters for rigidity. Check the doors and windows for binding or warping. Check the spacing of floor joists, wall studs and rafters. Check rafter ties for weak metal flanges or sturdy wooden plates. Check for missing, uneven or exposed nails. Check the outer trim for excessive nail depth and wood splintering. Check the roof for shingle quality and drip rail. Check the quality and placement of door hinges. Check the outside walls for fit and finish. Assess the overall product for appeal and long term value. CONCLUSION Now visit Smucker Farms, compare their products and choose. My choice was a 10x18 shed/garage.

I purchased a Smucker shed, and I have been so impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. The shed is extremely well built, solid, and clearly made with care. You can tell a lot of attention went into the details and construction. The delivery guy was wonderful. He was polite, professional, and very respectful. My site was not set up the way it needed to be at first, so he had to make a second trip once everything was ready. Even then, he was just as kind and professional. Overall, I am very impressed with both the shed itself and the service I received. I would definitely recommend Smucker to anyone looking for a well-made shed and a great experience.
