Customers frequently cite rapid response times, professional conduct, and successful lockout resolutions as primary strengths. Services include vehicle entry, safe opening, and residential lock installation. However, low-star reviews highlight inconsistent communication, missed appointments, and significant discrepancies between initial estimates and final billing.

Doesn’t exist. Google said it’s a full service front store, nope. Called and they said “oh no we’re actually in Whitehall 78 minutes away”. The why would there even be a Google store listing saying it’s a full service store???
You call them and ask to fix a safe. They ask for pictures....you wait and nothing, you text the next day and still no response. I think great customer service would be a call back that they couldn't help or fix. Not leave me hanging.
Hello Pam, I believe there’s a confusion with other companies you contacted. We did communicate with you and let you know we are looking into the safe and replacement part options. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to provide a solution within the timeframe you needed. We’d appreciate if you would reconsider the review based on our actual communication.
Great work, Nick! Explained everything and left our place feeling more secure
Hi Tim, We're glad to hear Nick took good care of you. Thanks for choosing Snap & Crack Locksmith.
Nick got into my safe in a matter of minutes. Even though I didn’t find what I was looking for, it was a very positive experience. He was professional, came same day that I called, and made sure there wasn’t a mess to clean up after. 5/5 would absolutely recommend!
Hi Katie, We're really glad Nick could help you out with your safe and that you had a smooth experience. We appreciate the recommendation and the 5 star rating!

10/10 would recommend Snap & Crack Locksmith for all your locksmith needs! I reached out to them a few weeks ago regarding one of the historic properties I manage in the Old North (Open Air School - Columbus). The panic bar system previously installed wasn’t holding up to the use and abuse of day to day operations. The estimate process was quick and enjoyable. After accepting the estimate, they had the materials ordered and our property on the schedule very quickly. After reviewing the install, I’m very impressed with the quality of the hardware and the installation. Huge shout out to Jack for absolutely CRUSHING the install. Hire this company with confidence.
Hi Trent, We’re honestly thrilled to hear about your experience! We truly appreciate the 5 star rating and recommendation 😁
Technician was amazing! The owner on the other hand could have done better. There was an issue preventing programming being completed 100%. The company only knocked off $25. I felt they could have done better. Overall I was in a tough spot and the issue was resolved so I am happy.
This was the best locksmith service I’ve ever had which is funny because I never even purchased a service. Nick was super prompt, came on time and was super friendly. He found my missing key on the ground and saved me! Thank you Nick and thank you Snap & Crack Locksmith! 10/10
