Customers frequently note that technicians arrive on time, explain their process clearly, and treat furniture with care while delivering visible improvements in stain removal and odor elimination. Pricing is generally described as fair and transparent, though one critic claimed the cleaning was insufficient and another noted a significant price increase compared to previous services.

An angry cat started peeing on a spot of my carpet making the entire upstairs smell awful even after he stopped peeing there. 45 minutes of carpet cleaning later and the smell is gone and the carpets look amazing. Couldn’t be happier.

Your feedback is greatly appreciated! This is the experience we want all of our customers to have when we perform air duct and dryer vent cleaning. Thank you and we look forward to working for you again.
This is the 2nd time we've used Sno-King. Jason and Antonio did a great job on our 2 cat loved sofas. They arrived on time, moved and repositioned adjacent furniture carefully, and left no mess. Highly recommended local business.
They did exactly what I wanted - a great deep clean of my carpets and very thorough. I have a select list of trusted vendors, and they're on it!

Building trust is one of the most important things we can do and this is exactly why! We greatly appreciate your business and your review. See you next time!
We engaged Sno-King to clean our 15’x18’ master bedroom carpet and our 8’x10’ living room rug. Alex was our lead technician, and we recommend him and the company without reservation. Alex and his assistant Al were meticulous, wearing booties in our house and using corner guards. They vacuumed both carpets thoroughly and then used steam extraction. They were quiet, respectful, friendly. I LOVE my clean bedroom carpet: Alex was able to remove black spots (pitch from our Douglas firs?) that have bothered me for years. I do floor exercises on the carpet, and it looks beautiful, feel soft, and smells good. They turned the living room rug for us, and it looks like new. Excellent, excellent decision to choose them.
