Customers frequently praise the punctuality, professional communication, and thoroughness of technicians during carpet, tile, and sofa cleaning services. Many note that staff explain procedures clearly and deliver results that remove stubborn stains and traffic patterns effectively. However, some lower-rated reviews cite issues with lingering chemical odors, incomplete cleaning of high-traffic areas or grout corners, and instances where stains remained visible after service.

I had my couch cleaned today. It's still drying so not sure of the outcome. In the past the couch cleaner always vacuumed my couch first. The technician today did not vacuumed first. I wish I would have known. I would have done it myself. Didn't think to ask since it has always been done before.
