Brought my custom PC tower in for a live overdue tune up and they were great! Stress tested all my parts, did some cable management, and got everything running how it should
I went in for a PC repair after my liquid cooling went out. Very knowledgeable on what parts would be best for my build, and pricing was super fair. Highly recommend for PC Repair 🙏🏻
I originally took my gaming laptop to CPR STRICTLY to get it diagnosed (from what I could originally tell it was having thermal issues.) I needed it ONLY diagnosed so that insurance could OK the costs. CPR then proceeded to do unauthorized work on the laptop, and then damaged some of the keyboard keys for good measure. (The unauthorized work did nothing to fix the laptop either.) So I took the laptop to Software Solutions and Designs, praying that they would actually do what I asked. I could NOT be happier with them. Right from the beginning it was obvious that they actually knew what they were doing. They took a quick look at it and noted a few things that were obvious, then kept the laptop for a couple days to diagnose it. Sure enough, they found exactly what was wrong with it and gave me a formal write up of precisely what was wrong, what was needed to fix it, and how much it would cost to do so. Which is exactly what I needed for my insurance. They did not try to pressure me to let them fix it, or buy any nonsense from them, but rather instead gave me a few helpful suggestions for alternatives should I choose not to repair it. These guys were PERFECT. I cannot recommend them enough should you have a computer that needs help! DO NOT do what I did originally and take your baby to idiots who will just half ass a job and then charge you for what you didn't ask for. Take your baby to Software Solutions and Designs instead and get it taken care of properly! Your baby will thank you!

I am not a "techy person" ... I just knew my desk top was not working correctly and my laptop was. I called and Andrew was fantastic... he did not make me feel dumb and answered my questions. I brought my PC in and Cameron was super helpful and with his quick analysis, he made a suggestion of how I could address the issue. He did not try to pressure me into an expensive process and I am SUPER happy and will highly recommend them and use their services again, should I need them.
If you need help with your computer I highly recommend Software Solutions! Encountered a problem with my PC, called Software Solutions and they attempted to troubleshoot over the phone. I ended up having to take my computer to their store and was already prepared to have to leave it over the holidays. However, when I arrived, one of their wonderful technicians, Nicholas, was able to look at my PC and within a short time, fixed it while I waited. I've used Software Solutions on numerous occasions and have found them excellent in every way. They are knowledgeable and proficient, very kind and so easy to work with. Their prices are fair and reasonable. I hate computer issues but know I've got a friend whenever I need them. They make house calls!
Asked them to essentially build a new computer only using a very dirty case and dust cakes fans. They cleaned every inch of my computer, installed everything and troubleshooted many issues that came up during the process but in the end got everything working exactly as intended. My situation was a little more expensive due to the amount of work that had to be done but overall I think their pricing is very fair. Definitely my go to from now on for any computer issues or requests.
