Solar Authority

Great people to call

I was very happy with the service received from Solar Authority. They showed on the day and time the job being done. Workmanship was done properly the first time. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for work with solar panels.

Solar panels were replaced on our roof professionally and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a good reputable company.

Great people to work with

As part of a recent roofing project, Solar Authority managed the removal and reinstallation of my solar panels with outstanding professionalism and care. The entire process was executed to a very high standard, reflecting both technical expertise and a strong commitment to quality. The crew—GP, Asher, David, and Alisha—demonstrated excellent teamwork throughout the project, maintaining a consistent focus on safety and showing great respect for my property. Their attention to detail and pride in their workmanship were evident in every stage of the job. The project was on schedule for both the removal and reinstallation phases, and communication was clear and effective between the roofing company, the team, and myself. This level of coordination contributed to a smooth and stress free experience. I am extremely satisfied with the results and appreciate the dedication and effort shown by everyone involved. Solar Authority delivered a finished product that exceeded my expectations, and I would confidently recommend their services to others seeking reliable and high quality solar work.

Happy with my experience!

Amazing customer service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 star, from the moment I called with my issue they responded! A service advisor called me back and helped me get the system turned off to a stable position. The staff quickly scheduled me service and Dave is a great technician. When he arrived he accessed everything quickly and summarized it all in a way I could understand. They dont cut corners and push you into unnecessary expenses. Highly recommend.

Beware of scams. Call Solar Authority, Alisha is a true professional and is local.

Superb! Alisha designed a new solar panel array to replace the old system damaged in a hail storm. She then coordinated her team's removal of the old system, the activities of the roofing company to replace the damaged roof, the soffit/fascia crew, the gutter replacement crew and then she and her team returned to install the new panels. Thanks to her careful coordination, the whole job was done in just a few weeks and with little effort on our part. Now I get to enjoy this beautiful spring day and watch the app that shows us how much energy is being harvested, being used by us, and how much surplus is being sent to FPL. That surplus probably won't exist during the hottest summer months, but the overall savings are great Wonderful company and great work. 10 stars!

I have nothing to say but good things about solar authority. Within 3 days of me contacting them they were quick and courteous and able to fix the leak in my pool solar heating a month before any other company in the area could even come out and give me an estimate. Will definitely be looking to do future business with them.
