This is my third solar system, and first with batteries. Solar Energy Labs was spot on with technical information, system sizing, customer service, and installation experience and execution. In my case I was having a new roof put on in conjuction with new solar system. The solar folks worked seamlessly with the roofers to pre-install the mounting feet and thus getting me a "Solar Warrenty" from my roof installation. In addition to getting all that I order, there were value added features in the equipment that I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this company.

Top tier service. They have great communication. Ashley my main point of contact is the best coordinator. Carlos did great with the install and Regan was awesome with his advice. Would definitely recommend their services to everyone and anyone. The price was great a third of what I got quoted from other folks as well.

Incredible customer service! I moved into a house with solar panels and the system was not working. When I called Solar Energy Labs, Ashley, the Operations Manager, answered. She was professional and patient (I knew nothing about solar panels). She offered to check out the system over the weekend before sending a technician and charging a truck rollout fee. She did just that. Got the system connected and did not charge anything even though she spent an hour in the hot sun on a Sunday. I am very thankful for Ashley’s help! I will be a loyal customer.

Ashley is outstanding! She knows the right technician or crew to send if a system is down, needs updating or installation. She has helped many who didn't know where to turn, because they didn't get any response or answers from their or other solar companies. We've always been truthful about what to expect. I would recommend this company again and again. I started working with them a little over a year ago to help with my grandparents Solar panels as they had been out of commission for some time. Ashley and the entire team went above and beyond to help exhaust all warranty options, fix all the issues, and to make sure everything was done at the fairest price possible. They went above and beyond their job descriptions countless times to hep my elderly grandparents as well as myself. I’m thankful business’s like this still exist.

We had solar put on by a company no longer in business. I finally connected to Ashley. They were able to get us up and running quickly. Then the inverter needed replacing. We did get it replaced. After a short time, we had installed cube batteries. We are so happy with our system now. Next month will ge the first electric bill after installing the batteries. I would recommend this company. I have had questions. I would send a text message. I would get either a text response or a phone call in a short period of time. Very responsive to all questions. Very knowledgeable. She would check in with us and installers during the process. Thank you

Switching to solar felt like a big step, but this company made it feel manageable. They didn’t use confusing technical language unnecessarily and explained everything in simple terms. I liked that they assessed my actual power usage history instead of giving a generic package. The installation team was efficient, though I wish they had informed me a bit earlier about the exact installation date. Still, the work quality seems solid. My system has been running for a couple of months now, and I’m already seeing a noticeable reduction in electricity costs.
