Chris and Eric are amazing. Very thorough in explaining everything. Chris Moran himself sat at my kitchen table with Eric going over everything. Never pushy no crazy sales lingo. Amazingly happy with the system...which by the way was a second add on....another company just wanted to make a sale. GO WITH SOLAR NEGOTIATORS!!!!!!

Solar Negotiators were easy to work with and so far we are very pleased with our solar panels. The Zoom explaining how to read the reports was very helpful.

Great process. The layout of my home and yard made it difficult to locate the inverter and batteries. Staff worked diligently to identify a solution the met system requirements, code requirements, and my concerns and desires. Out account rep., Teddy Perez, was always there when we needed him. He was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The system has only been active for a few weeks but looks like we are going to see great value from it.

Solar Negotiators has been excellent on every level. They have answered all questions at any time; making us feel comfortable with any and all inquiries . Solar Negotiators gave us an excellent price and they are still “walking” beside us on this new adventure. When everything is costing so much, we found the price quite doable with flexible financing arrangements available. The construction employees were knowledgeable, efficient, experienced and kind. They even have a fantastic tutor to walk us through the new app monitoring system. Thank you Chris, Bob, the Construction Team and Jasmine too!!!

A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE — DO NOT RECOMMEND! What a terrible, terrible experience. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. As part of the process of getting solar through Solar Negotiators, we were told that we needed to remove a large, beautiful shade tree in the front of our home. We paid for the removal ourselves because we were told it was necessary to move forward with solar installation. We made that sacrifice in good faith, trusting that we were working with a company that knew what it was doing. Next, their so-called “expert” came out to evaluate our roof. At the time, our roof was in great condition, and we were verbally assured that it was in good shape and would not be a problem for solar installation. Imagine our surprise when the report came back stating that we needed an entirely new roof to proceed. We then negotiated the terms for Solar Negotiators to have their roofing contractors replace it. That decision turned into a complete nightmare. The roofing work was absolutely unacceptable. Our custom gutters, which cost thousands of dollars, were destroyed. Since the roof was replaced, we have experienced roof leaks that have caused devastating damage throughout our home. Our ceilings, beautiful woodwork, and other areas of our home have been damaged, and we are left dealing with the consequences of what we believe was an incredibly botched roofing job. When we contacted Solar Negotiators to address the damage and correct the problems, their proposed solution was to patch things here and there in an attempt to “make it right.” The condition of the roof was so poor that patchwork was not an acceptable solution. We brought in actual roofing professionals to independently evaluate the damage, and they agreed that the work was done incorrectly and was unacceptable. Based on their evaluations, the appropriate solution was to remove the improperly installed roof and replace it correctly. Solar Negotiators refused to do that. We are now left with a damaged home, destroyed gutters, ongoing roofing concerns, and the stress and expense of trying to resolve a situation we never should have been put in. To make matters worse, the beautiful shade tree we paid to remove is gone, leaving the front of our home significantly hotter, all in anticipation of a solar installation that was supposed to improve our home. The way this company has handled the situation has been just as disappointing as the workmanship itself. We have found the experience frustrating, the communication unprofessional, and their unwillingness to properly address the damage completely unacceptable. And as if all of that weren’t enough, our ladder has mysteriously gone missing since the roofing crew was at our house. I can’t say what happened to it, but the timing certainly raises questions. We entered this process expecting a solar installation and a professional experience. Instead, we are dealing with property damage, roof leaks, ruined custom gutters, and a company that has refused to provide what we believe is an adequate resolution. I would never recommend Solar Negotiators to anyone. Based on our experience, I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with this company to do their research, get everything in writing, and think very carefully before trusting them with their home. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

From the very start, the Solar Negotiators team was professional, thorough, and supportive. They helped with planning, gave suggestions about financing, and were always willing to answer questions. Even months after the installation, Teddy called to check on how the panels were doing and provide tips for better utilization.

Had an awesome experience with Solar Negotiators. We got solar and two Tesla batteries put in, and honestly, the whole thing was way easier than I expected. The entire process took less than two weeks start to finish and the installation only took a one day. Our salesperson, Robert Stoeckle, was super easy to work with. The team kept us in the loop the whole time by phone and email, so we always knew what was going on. Even the owner, Chris Moran, stopped by the house which was a really nice personal touch.They didn't just disappear after the install, either. They called and walked me through setting up the iphone app over the phone. If you're looking into solar or battery storage I definitely recommend giving these guys a shout.

We had a non-export system installed to save our NEM 2.0 status. Teddy Perez helped us out and was able to thoroughly go through the process. Teddy was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to answer all our questions. There’s been a few hiccups on our system after install but Solar Negotiators have helped relieve the issues.

Great and straightforward experience from start to finish! The process was timely, easy, and well communicated, and the customer service was excellent. I really appreciated the color match to hide the piping along the side of our house. Garrett Mason was especially helpful and took the time to walk me through our system’s monitoring and explain how everything works. We really appreciated his patience and willingness to answer all of our questions. Highly recommend Solar Negotiators!

My journey to install solar on my house was horrible, I signed a contract with a company only to have to keep calling about every step, given every excuse as to why my permit hadn’t gone through. 9 months later I was fed up still with no panels, when Teddy Perez from Solar Negotiators came knocking at my door. He was very knowledgeable and understanding of my complete hesitation to start all over again with another Solar Company trying to take my money. I knew exactly what I needed and how much I had, Teddy listened and delivered. I recommend him to anyone I hear needing Solar, he was in constant contact with me from beginning to end.
