I was sent to solar shades by my car dealership. Kaylee was outstanding she explained the process and then she made a fresh pot of coffee.i always read reviews - i do reviews on products and service . As a consumer , spending my hard earned money i only want a great customer service experience. The only downside i didn’t get my windshield window strip longer . . And I’m in Georgia .
Solar Shade Window Tint and their team, especially Tony (the owner), went above and beyond replacing my old tint on the Florida room by my pool. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.<br><br>Communication was outstanding, scheduling was flexible and convenient, and Tony especially went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied. Who would have known I had a warranty on my tint? Tony, that’s who, and my tint was replaced free of charge. My tint was done about 6 years ago by Solar Shade and there was an issue with the tint being in a salt environment, so Tony submitted the details to the manufacturer, and wala, my new tint ordered.<br><br>A special thank you to installer who also did a great job and answered all my questions and was a pleasure to work with. His professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to customer satisfaction made the entire experience seamless.<br><br>The final result exceeded every expectation I had. My Florida room looks even better than I imagined it would. The transformation is awesome where I went a shade darker and slightly more reflective to keep heat out from the sun we get all day by the pool. My dogs like looking at themselves in the more mirror finish as well lol. I’ve received numerous compliments from friends and family on the difference from the previous tint.<br><br>Their pricing was fair (which I was ready to pay, however “the warranty” was there). The workmanship was outstanding and just the whole process which the owner takes pride in making sure you are satisfied. I did not post a pic due to privacy of my property, but rest assured it is top notch.<br><br>I highly recommend Solar Shade Window Tint to anyone looking for tint, especially larger Florida type room windows, but they also do great auto tint as well.
