Solar Smart Vents- ***** I made an appointment with Steve Alexander. Steve was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, professional, and reliable. I highly recommend Solar Smart Vents for your vent/fan installations. Our job was scheduled and completed within days. The cost was reasonable.
In addition to installing new solar vents, Steve found our current vents were reinstalled, by the roofer (new roof), WITHOUT cutting away the tar paper! Our vents were essentially doing nothing since 2017. I am a satisfied customer!

I gave Steve my address & he was able to look up my house & give me different options. He recommended a 14 inch solar attic fan tgat could cool the entire attic down to help the house & garage. He came next day & installed within 45 min. House does feel slightly cooler and the ac comes on a little less. Steve was great, thanks Steve! If you are looking for a high-quality attic fan at a reasonable price, do yourself a favor and call Steve. No runaround either...he said he'd be there on an agreed date and time, and he was. Very prompt, very professional.
Needed exhaust fans for attic. Steve recommended iSolar 19W units to be placed in the 3 existing attic roof vents which eliminates any cutting or drilling thru the roof. Quick, Clean and efficient Installation. Very pleased with workmanship. Turned AC up from 74 to 76 this morning!!! Thanks Steve......

Had two 40-watt solar attic vents installed in May 2021 during the FL dry season. Now in the wet season, both leak at the flashing/housing joint and during wind driven rain, both leak under the hoods/covers. Unfortunately a text to address the issue went unanswered. I do not recommend this product.
